i made a click n collect order on 13th dec to collect on 18th because i specifically wanted to reserve a turkey crown for my family for Christmas. they substituted it for a small whole turkey. i didn't take it because thats full of bones obviously. i went in store and they had had crowns that day. they said they would be getting more but couldn't/wouldn't reserve one for me. so i had to take my chances. i never got one. Turkey-less Chsitmas. i complained about the customer service before christmas. i got an auto reply 9th jan saying wait 3 days. never heard from them.
Desired outcome: i would like an apology. maybe even some compensation. and an apology about the terrible complaints system. but really i just want them to change their practice and give better customer service !
