I wanted Corn meal and was told by Sainbury's Chertsey to go to the Staines store. There I was told by a colleague that they did NOT stock it. I had to find my-self! I had an email from a Muhammad (Our.reply@sainsburys.co.uk) who described this incident of miss-leading as a 'poor experience'. It was far far worse. If I had believed your colleague I would have been left unhelped. How can I believe any thing I am told by any of your colleagues?
