I was approved for Lifeline services w/ Safelink in Jan. 2024. Since then Safelink has unbeknownst to me been charging my credit card also for this service.I was charged $15.88 a month. I spoke w/ them yesterday and they said they could only refund 5 months although they charged 16 months of service. I got the refund yesterday and it was only 3 months they gave me back.

Claimed loss: $254.08

Desired outcome: Return of the payments I made.
