I bought your trimmer, 17" curved staff trimmer a couple those days ago. Your trimmer is extremely hard to pull the rope to start and placing it on the ground to do so makes it more difficult. I HAVE ALMOST PULLED MY ARM OUT OF SOCKET. Never in all my years have I ran across and trimmer or even a mower with that degree of difficulty. It's been 3 days and I can still barely lift my arm. I'm very disappointed and I can't return. Will never buy your product again

Recommendation: Females if you don't have a male with a bit of strength near are you are exceptionally strong yourself don't buy their gas trimmer. It is extremely hard to pull.
