I tried to get in touch with Platinum Led Lights LLC but they never replied to me. I still went ahead and bought their light, even though I had doubts. I tried to cancel my order by sending them emails, but they didn't answer. I want my money back and the light is still in the box, untouched. I wish I could talk to them about this, but they don't seem to care about their customers.

I got a notification from *** that the packages would arrive in late December. The retailer said we would receive three boxes, but we only got one LED box instead of two. We have footage from our Ring doorbell to show that we only received one box, which was supposed to require a signature. *** delivered one box and left the other in their truck without our signatures. The retailer says they have our signature and can't do anything about it. We want our second LED light sent to us, and we provided the Ring doorbell footage as proof. We got this response via email: "Hello***! These are definitely difficult situations for all involved as once a shipment is delivered and signed for, our liability is released and this is why we place a direct signature requirement for all shipments. We are very sorry, but there truly is nothing more that we are able to do."
