OSIM Back massager servicing

my Osim back massager was collected by one of OSIM outlets for servicing on 26 Sep 2022. Till now there is no update on the status of the unit. i have made 3 phone calls to the same outlet which collected my unit every few months, none of them provided me with actual status besides telling "they do not know", none of them call back to update despite my tel number was left and they said will further check. i have then PM OSIM FaceBook and was directed to the servicing team via email last month, chaser email sent last week again; all with ZERO response. it has been more than a year, suspected they had lost my item and be ignorant about that. despite what happend (item lost or they cannot do servicing etc) it should be transparent in the communication. in this case they took my unit and collected $$ and yet do nothing about it despite multiple efforts were made from the consumer end to check.

Desired outcome: update status, apology, return and refund. compensation of time and energy and money (overseas IDD call) to chase the status.

OSIM OSIM: Disappointing Customer Service and Misleading Information about Products

I recently had an encounter with OSIM's customer service and unfortunately the experience left a lot to be desired. Despite purchasing a chair from them, I found myself receiving misleading information which really soured my overall impression of the company.

Firstly, I cannot deny that their products are indeed pretty expensive. However, with the right features and functionality, I always believed that it is worth investing in high-end furniture. But, my recent experience with OSIM has changed my perspective.

My biggest concern came from the poor customer service that I received. It is never easy to make that call or send an email when you require assistance with a product, and the whole process can be quite overwhelming. Yet, for a business that claims to focus on customer satisfaction, I was disappointed with the support I received. I was left feeling as if I was an inconvenience and my issue was not a priority.

Ultimately, I was misled regarding the features and benefits of the chair that I purchased. It was not until I received it that I realized it was not up to the standards which were outlined by their website. It took a long and arduous process to try and resolve the issue. I understand that mistakes can happen, but it's how a business deals with those mistakes that ultimately sets them apart from others in their industry.

All in all, my experience with OSIM has unfortunately been a negative one. Their products are not cheap, and one would expect exceptional customer service and quality products for such a high price point. In my case, I was left feeling disappointed and out of pocket. If you're considering investing in one of their products, be sure to do your research and approach with caution.

OSIM The OSIM OS-318 uPhoria: A Disappointing and Harmful Product for Foot and Leg Relief

I would highly advise against purchasing the OSIM OS-318 uPhoria, which claims to provide relief and protection for your feet and legs. Unfortunately, my experience with this product has been nothing short of disappointing and even harmful.

Firstly, the function of the product is subpar at best. The design is flawed and inefficient, resulting in very little relief for the pain and discomfort in my legs and feet. In fact, using the product has led me to experience more pain and discomfort than before I even started using it.

What's worse is that the design of the product itself is very lousy. It feels flimsy and unstable, and leaves much to be desired in terms of quality. After only two uses, I noticed bruises and sore spots on my legs and feet. This was not only uncomfortable but also concerning, as the product is meant to provide relief and rehabilitation, not cause injury.

In conclusion, I cannot recommend the OSIM OS-318 uPhoria to anyone looking for a quality product to help soothe and protect their legs and feet. The function and design of the product simply does not live up to expectations, and it has even been harmful in my own experience. OSIM Beware: OSIM OS-318 uPhoria Review - Poor Design and Functionality, May Cause Injury and Discomfort

Looking for a product that can effectively provide relief for your tired and achy legs and feet? If so, it's best to avoid the OSIM OS-318 uPhoria at all costs. As someone who has tried this product firsthand, I can tell you that its design is extremely poor and its functionality is next to useless.

In fact, I would go so far as to say that using the OSIM OS-318 uPhoria is more likely to cause harm than provide any relief at all. I made the mistake of using this product just twice and ended up with bruises and injuries on my legs and feet.

It's clear to me that OSIM did not put enough thought or care into the design and development of this product. Its flaws are evident from the moment you begin using it, and it's simply not worth the risk of injury or discomfort.

If you're looking for a reliable and effective way to protect your legs and feet, I would recommend exploring other options. OSIM Unsatisfactory Product Quality and Customer Service: My Experience with OSIM

I recently had a less-than-ideal experience with OSIM that I feel compelled to share. I had purchased one of their products that unfortunately had a PVC seat that ended up tearing after about a year of use. I reached out to OSIM about getting it repaired and was told that the PVC material is known to have a shorter lifespan and that another repair would likely be necessary down the line at an even higher cost.

Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed and frustrated. It seemed unfair to have to shell out more money for a repair that may not even last a full year. As a consumer, I felt let down by the company's choice of cheaper materials and lack of a solution for the issue.

Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling like I can't trust OSIM as a brand. It's disappointing because I had heard positive things about them before this experience. I want to feel good about supporting companies that prioritize quality and customer satisfaction, but this wasn't my experience here.

OSIM Disappointed with Osim: Product design doesn't match durability

When I first purchased my Osim product, I was thrilled! The design was sleek and modern, and it looked like it would be a long-lasting investment. Unfortunately, I quickly learned that this wasn't the case. After using my Osim product regularly, the PVC seat tore quite easily and I was faced with a $250 repair cost. I was shocked that the repair bill was so high, and even more surprised to learn that the seat would likely only last another year or so. Osim customer service informed me that the PVC material simply wasn't very durable and that more repairs in the future would be even more costly. As much as I loved my Osim product when I first bought it, this experience left me feeling disappointed and uncertain about whether or not I could trust Osim in the future. For the cost of this product and its subsequent repairs, I expected it to last far longer than one year. Unfortunately, I've decided to move on and try other brands instead of investing in Osim again.

OSIM Disappointing Customer Service Experience at OSIM Nex Mall, Singapore

I recently visited OSIM at Nex mall in Singapore, hoping to purchase a massage chair. Unfortunately, my experience with the staff left me feeling quite unhappy. Their assumption that we were only there to enjoy the free massage chair left a bitter taste in my mouth. OSIM Disappointing Experience at OSIM's Nex Mall Outlet: Lack of Attentiveness and Customer Service

Unfortunately, my experience at OSIM's Nex Mall outlet left much to be desired. The staff's lack of attentiveness and customer service made the visit quite disappointing.

One of the major issues was their assumption that our sole purpose of visiting was to enjoy the free massage chairs. It was disheartening to feel like we weren't being taken seriously as potential customers. It's important that businesses recognize the value of every single customer, regardless of whether they make a purchase or not.

This poor attitude from the staff was off-putting to say the least. It made me question whether or not it was worth investing my hard-earned money at this establishment. What's the point of preparing for a purchase if the staff doesn't seem interested in assisting in the buying process?

I visited the Nex Mall outlet on the afternoon of April 24th, 2022. It's a shame that such a reputable company like OSIM would employ staff that diminishes the company's reputation. It's important for OSIM to develop a culture that emphasizes customer satisfaction and treats each customer with respect.

I truly hope that OSIM addresses these issues and takes the necessary steps to train their employees properly. I know many people who have purchased from OSIM and had a positive experience. It's unfortunate that my experience did not match their impeccable reputation.

OSIM Mixed experience with ucozy neck massager purchase from OSIM.com, but commendable customer service and user-friendly website

Recently, I made a purchase from the online store OSIM.com and I honestly didn't have the best experience with one of their products. I received their ucozy neck massager, which at the first use seemed to have a malfunctioning on/off button. I found myself having to push it harder than expected to get it to turn off or on, which was frustrating to say the least.

Unfortunately, with my busy schedule and other commitments, I wasn't able to exchange it within the 7-day return policy - which, by the way, I found to be quite limited. When I went back to the store, they declined my request for a new one and I left feeling quite upset.

However, even though my initial experience with the product wasn't ideal, I will say that the website itself is quite user-friendly and informative. Their selection of products is diverse, catering to various needs and preferences. You can easily shop by category, by price range, and they often offer attractive deals and discounts.

OSIM Exceptional Customer Service from OSIM: A Replacement Done Right

Recently, I had an experience with OSIM that I just had to share. I purchased a ucozy neck massager from their website, osim.com, and unfortunately, the on/off button seemed to be malfunctioning on my first attempt to use the product. It was definitely a frustrating experience, as I had to push the button extremely hard to try and get the device to turn on and off.

As I had missed the seven-day exchange window, I was disheartened to learn that the store had denied me a new product, despite my frustration and inconvenience. I left the store with disappointment and anger in my heart.

However, I decided to reach out to OSIM's customer service team via their website, and I am incredibly pleased with the outcome. The representative I spoke with was absolutely wonderful, and they arranged for a replacement product to be sent to me straight away.

The replacement arrived within a few days, and let me tell you, it was a night-and-day difference. The ucozy neck massager was now functioning perfectly, and it provided me with an unparalleled massage experience that left me feeling relaxed and satisfied.

Overall, despite my initial obstacles, I was blown away by the level of customer service I received from OSIM. The representative I spoke with was friendly, helpful, and responsive, and I felt valued as a customer. I have already recommended OSIM to my friends and family, and I am excited to continue using their products in the future.

Massage chair was having problems roughly 8 months through the warrenty period, speaker and leg portion was unusable. Repairs were covered under warrenty. However on the 13th month there was a burning smell coming out of the chair which was dangerous. Requested for repairs but had to pay. If it had a burning smell, should we be paying for the repairs, or should it be fully covered by OSIM?

OSIM Ulove 2 and uvibro

Hi

Bought 2 machines in jun 2019 - ulove 2 and uVibro.

Take note - need to buy extended warranty. As the machine will be spoilt after 1 year of usage.

I only have 1 user at home and only used once a day in a Aircon room.

Best part - customer service like king in the office. They can tell you off and choose not to answer you. And also I need to do the follow up. 1st thing - wasted alot of my time to follow up and make sure that I get my things running.

Have a machine- when the machine spoilt- keep in my house sleeping there for weeks. This is indeed ridiculous.

Ulove 2 - spoilt on May 2020. Keep calling fixed an appointment on 12 jun 2020 to get technician to come and see what kind of error. Then no news. I have to keep calling and manage to speak to someone on 16 jun 2020 to get osim to come and bring the machine on 17 jun 2020 and machine returned on 27 jun 2020.

Now machine spoilt again on 6 Dec 2020, manage to speak to customer service and she told me that there is no parts and can't guarantee if the parts will be here by end of the month. Now the machine will be sleeping at home for 1 month again. Customer service told me that the technician will call me up once there is parts. Get her to fix an appointment on 24 Dec 2020, time 10 am to 5pm.

U vibro- bought the machine without extended warranty. When ulove 2 spoilt, we are worried then we bought the 2 years extended warranty. After we bought, 15 oct 2020 - machine spoilt. Again I did WhatsApp and write in and live chat and I manage to speak to customer service and the customer service say will get back and no response after 2 days. I called again and manage to speak to another customer service. I write in with all the details and he say he will check and manage to get an appointment date.

Best part on 19 Oct 2020, the guy told me to bring the machine to any outlet to get it fixed. Then I realised that osim customer service and staff never read the emails and they just want to brush off the customer.

I told him that the machine is big- did you really read my email.

The guy called me up and told me that machine will be sent back. Later few minutes later the guy called me up and tell me that I need to pay. I told him that I have sent email and WhatsApp that I have bought the extended warranty and all receipts enclosed. Did you actually read my emails?

Anyway all settled.

But it seems that osim didn't do a good job on qc, staff training and customer service.

And products not sure good or not but always spoilt. A couple of my friends wanted to buy. I told them on this. And they didn't expect such a bad service.

How do I recommend people to buy high end product in this manner?

Never ever trust osim products!! They are cheaply and lousily manufactured in china. My friends leg was jam on the divine chair. After changing for another one, that one spark fire!! And it cost her rm13k to buy that rubbish back home! I also had many friends who bought things from them but they can’t even last for a month!! Don’t say I never warn all of u!...
