On August 15th, 2019 there was an authorized charged for $98 from Lulumon.com. My current card was deactivated and I was told I will receive a new card within 10 days and if I want a new card sooner I would have to pay a $35 fee. I think it's totally unfair to have a customer whos been with the company since 2004 wait 10 business days for a card let alone pay $35 to gain access to their money so they can basically live. I initially join RushCard because in was located within the United States making it easy to communicate and being understood. I do not expect anyone located in the Philippines to understand how urgent it is to have access to my money. It took me 3 calls to get me an dispute form because they had my email listed incorrectly. I will be closing my account after 15 years.
