My name is Malcom Bradford and I have sent email correspondence and made numerous calls to World Ventures, DreamTrips, and Rovia in my attempts to cancel my account since December 24, 2020, and have not received any mailed, emailed, or phone calls based on my attempts to cancel my account. my flight
I missed my flight and the people at the airport said since I did everything through rovi a I would have to contact them they had me in hold for an hour never assisted me I paid 1172 for my flight and never received any help I am so disappointed in the services. I am stuck at the airport right now and I called them again and they put me back on hold
Refund
I purchased a airline ticket on november 09, it was cancelled by rovia which i did not ask to do. I has been over 3 months now and i can't get my refund, i have been talking to rovia alot but it seems no one cares. Dont book anything from rovia

My dear friend tried to reserve a room for me, Booked it (by accident) instead of Reserving it, and we can't cancel, and a bargain one night stay will now cost me $224.00. Don't use this company to help out a friend, better they get out of this pyramid scheme ASAP.
