A Disappointing Experience with Airtickets
My recent experience with Airtickets was extremely disappointing. I booked a flight over a month ago and have not received so much as a confirmation email. Despite being charged 160 euros, I have been unable to reach them as the phone number does not work, and the support form requires a booking reference that was never provided. This lack of communication and transparency has left me feeling frustrated and concerned about the legitimacy of their services. I would strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering booking with Airtickets.

Tickets and services
Firstly I was actually charged R666 more than what I was invoiced for.
After finally recieving feedback I was told that the difference was due to the fluctuation in currency. Shouldn't I then be provided with an updated invoice?
The contact details, namely [protected]@airtickets.com doesn't exist.
They charged me for 4 online check-ins and after calling the airlines today found out that they have not reserved seats for my family and I.
Poor service
This is an online discount airline ticket company, I had booked 2 business class tickets with them and paid for cancelation insurance. Tickets were required to apply for a visitors visa to the United States for my friend from Madagascar. The visa was refused and when I went to cancel her ticket, they wanted to charge me nearly half of what i paid. I also wanted to change the departure date of my ticket, which they wanted almost the same price again as what I paid. I finally negotiated in taking a $2500 loss and that's when they told me I would have to wait 50 days to get my refund. As for the cancelation insurance, they told me it was not them that provided it, even though it was through their web site, when I tried to get contact information they would not provide any. The customer service is rude and lacks any customer appreciation. Bottom line is they are a complete rip off.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
