roulette machine cheating/scam

I am filing this complaint against Cliff Castle Casino because I believe the machine is cheating based on evidence from playing on it many times since they've updated the machine and I have lost $1500! The casino and the game itself already have the odds stacked in their favor but they still use software that cheats and possibly magnets. I would like to register this complaint against them for cheating people out of their money because the machine never pays out. It always takes everyone's money and I am tired of it. I want them investigated!
