Roses Discount Store review: Tried to return house shoes too big had receipt

I go to roses all the time very upset employee said she wouldn't take the house shoes back too big bought for christmas for husband no package but had receipt employee said no way they are damaged which was not the case makes me want to not shop here anymore and I shop here all the time I'm in the parking lot writing this complaint employees need to be trained on how to treat customers
