Complaint against cashier: Katrina Kelley

I'm truly big on customer service, I strive to treat everyone fairly. Upon check out, I presented cashier Katrina Kelley with a roses gift card that I received on Christmas to pay for my items. The cashier immediately singled me out as being in the store earlier using the same gift card, when explaining to the cashier that I had not been in the store and had just gotten off from work the young lady got very rude, all the young lady had to do was pull the camera footage to see that she had me mistake with another customer, but she did not. The gift card which was unused would not scan in their system, so the cashier advised that she had to call switchboard concerning the matter, at this time it's 5pm. As I waited patiently 30 minutes went by, so I asked the cashier could the receipt suffice concerning gift card, because I could call the individual that purchased it to bring in receipt, the cashier cut me off in the middle of my statement concerning the receipt stating it doesn't matter if you have a receipt, we don't provide refunds for gift cards. I finally asked the young lady was their a number that the customers could call concerning the matter, the young lady got very rude and stated No we dont have that information and that I needed to search for it online, upon searching online for the number the cashier didn't even give me time to call the complaint number before unbagging my items without asking if I had an alternative way to pay for items. I waited 2 hours before finally asking the young lady for her bosses name, she laughed and stated Brandon Roy and advised that he only visits the store once a week, she refused to provide a work number for him to place a complaint on her or the store. There's definitely a way to speak with customers and it's sad to say this young lady does not possess that quality.

Desired outcome: For someone to reach out concerning this matter, reprimand against cashier and also refund concerning gift card due to receipt
