The employee that was working in cash register 1 today (10/04/20) was being extremely rude. I've shopped at this location multiple times and I've never experienced this before. I went shopping with my mom today and the employee was being so rude. She was talking to other employees and not working, the line was getting long. And then she got an attitude when I ask her for a bag for our tissues and paper towels. We bought a total of 5 of the pack that has 6 rolls in each and she refused to give us any bags for them. Stating that they wouldn't fit in the bags, when there were bags that were big enough for all of them. Then she got side tracked and started arguing with another employee. The. she stated to the other employee that she's about to punch me because she didn't like the way I grabbed the recipe. She was so nice and smiling to the next customer, who was an American. We are Asians. I don't know if she treated us like that because of our race, but I was so embarrassed. It's not like we said or did something to make her mad. We didn't even say anything. I asked for the bag politely. If we didn't have a lot of bags to carry and just a couple rolls, I wouldn't even bother asking. I got her name tag as Margarita, she's an African American lady. Thank you.

I attempted to go into the Roses store in Tifton, GA yesterday morning. Employees were putting merchandise on the sidewalk in front of the store. The entrance store was not unlocked yet, but the exit door was open for them to put the merchandise out. I went in the exit door because there is another exit and entrance door before you actually get into the store. A man told me they were not open. I told him it was 10:00(opening time) and he replied something about a cashier behind his mask which I did not understand. I didn't need a cashier at the time, I was entering the store. Maybe that was for security purposes, but a store should be open and ready for business at the time posted. I left and did not enter the store. May have lost my business forever. SMH
