I placed an order for flowers online with Roger Florists and they took my credit card and charged me immediately and shortly later that day on 6/7/22 they indicated that they were unable to deliver to that location. Then indicated they would credit me back immediately.

I communicated with them 8 different times by email and they promised to credit me back each time and yet they never have as of 7/22/22.

After many communications and them indicating they would refund me I have still not seen a refund.

Desired outcome: Ultimately I would like to get my money back but more than that I want people to be aware that this company cheats people.

On February 17, 2023, I ordered online and paid for a bouquet of flowers to the tune of $57.76 to be delivered the same day. Since I did not receive a confirmation number or email, I called their number several times without an answer. When finally someone did answer, I asked for some method of confirmation, only to have the gentleman hang up on me. I called several times thereafter, and got a recording indicating something was not right. I kept calling and this time, the phone rang continually with no answer.

I immediately researched them online and found approximately 400 unresolved complaints to the Better Business Bureau.

How are these people allowed to get away with this? To lose any amount of money to crooks is unfortunate but especially when you have no recourse.

Apparently these bogus fraudulent jerks are allowed to get away with this.

Have the same issue with them. Ordered on line in December 13, 2022, no delivery, got a email of cancellation and promise of a refund. Call the outlet on December 21, 2022 and place another order after receiving assurance that they deliver to the location I wanted it sent. No delivery, received email of cancellation and promised refund. It's now four months later and still no refund, $75.94 and $64.18 respectively, and no one to talk to. So I submitted a complaint to the BBB.

They should be reported to the local authority and maybe have a class action lawsuit file against them.

Ordered flowers on the 24th of February to go to my nephews funeral and they never showed. I called the next morning to inquire as to why they had not been received. I was then told my order had been canceled ( no notice whatsoever)and my money would be refunded in 3 to 5 business days. It is now the 7th of March and still no refund. So my husband calls a few minutes ago and inquires about our refund and the guy tells him we will have it in 2 days and hangs up on him! RUDE MUCH?! I would definitely think twice before you order from this company!

Charging for flowers and then not delivering seems to be how this company does business! I ordered flowers on 2/21/23 to be delivered for my daughters

birthday on 2/22/23. When I called my daughter that evening I

was told the flowers had not been delivered. I contacted Roger

Florist customer service, the only option was via email, to ask

about the delivery. They responded and said they could not

deliver to her address and had issued a refund. I waited several

days but did not receive the refund. I contacted them again and

they sent a record of $81 being refunded and asked me to give

my bank another day or two to deposit the refund. The first issue

was that I was charged $91.70 for the flowers not $81 Roger Florist

states they have refunded. The other issue is that the refund has

never actually been sent to my bank. At this point, Roger Florist

has refused to tell me why the supposed refund is only $81 or

give me any update of the refund itself. Roger Florist has

stalled on information regarding the refund and refused to

answer my question about why the refund amount is not the

amount they charged. As of yesterday, I asked for resolution

within 24 hours. Roger Florist has not answered my final message

or issued the refund that was promised.

100% a scam. I tried calling the phone number on the website to follow up on a refund they claimed to have sent 2 weeks ago. The person that answered out me on hold (set the phone down and sighed heavily) then picked the phone up to tell me they spoke with finance and my refund was just issued, then promptly hung up. I am now attempting to dispute the charge with my bank.

Roger Florist stole 111.00 from me for flowers that were supposed to be delivered to my dying mother! All I get is an automated response saying ā€œWe canā€™t deliver to that addressā€ and that I will get a refund that never came! Iā€™m FURIOUS! How is this company getting away with this?

I purchased a floral arrangement on 10/21/22 the delivery was cancelled due to not be able to deliver to the area I received a bogus duplicated email stating I would receive a refund it has been well over 4 months I have yet to receive a refund. I was constantly given the run around stating I had to email customer service who Never responds back this company is a SCAM !The representative I spoke with wasnā€™t helpful at all. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I placed today an order at https://www.rogerflorist.com/ for a same day delivery and never received the email confirmation or order number despite I had immediatly the charge in my credit card. I have been trying to contact them serveral times by email with an absurd automatic reply that they are currently closed this day and promise to reply in the morning. I also tried with the webĀ“s page chat and it does not work. I called to the phone number and just music or recorded message indicatin to use the email. I send another email, and another, until in the last one I demanded my refund still with no response. IƱam so sorry that I have not seen this page and comments before being cheated by this company.

I purchased two dozen roses to be delivered a couple miles away from Rogers florist I called my wife to see if they arrived she didn't know what I was talking about I called them back at the florist shop they said they were unable to deliver they are undeliverable well come to find out all you had to do was press the doorbell wow what a ignorant bunch of people that work there I am now in the process of trying to get a refund they keep hanging up on you it's the most miserable experience I've had in my life with any company my complete suggestion is to avoid this place at all costs. They haven't refunded my money so I had to call the credit card company to reverse the charges we'll see what happens.

My girlfriend is dying of bone cancer, I wanted to do something to cheer her up, Iā€™m not familiar with the area she lives in so I called this florist, I ordered a 108.57 order and was told they were going to send me an email and the flowers would be delivered the same day, no delivery was made, no email was sent. I had to cancel my credit card, I was visiting my friend and had only brought 1 credit card that I ended up having to cancel leaving me stranded with very little cash. Beware of this website. It is [censored]ty enough to have my friend dying with cancer but to have scumbags like this only made it worse.

I ordered from Rogers florist in Gainesville Fl. last night online for my daughterā€™s 25th birthday, paid for it as well. Then today something told me to call because I hadnā€™t from my daughter. Needless to say they canceled the order without even calling me or to even give me an explanation as to why!

I find it to be very bad and a bit sketchy. So buyer beware.

Thankfully I found another florist who was able to accommodate me. Seeing that Iā€™m not living there in Gainesville

I am still waiting for my refund ($48.13) from "Denise".

Never delivered my order (January 6) and charged my Visa.

I have been waiting 18 days now for a refund!

Shame on them.

I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

This exact thing happened to me and after several back and forths with "denise" and them telling me that they refunded my money they totally ghosted me. I asked specifically when they sent my credit, but they would not answer me. My credit card company is working on it now. I never received a credit.

I placed an order with this company and was charged for my order. Several days later (with no communication from the company) I discovered that the flowers were not delivered. I contacted the company and the customer service person said, oh sorry I show a refund on our end. I asked why. She said we don't deliver there and we provided a refund. I asked why there was no communication as these were sympathy flowers and there was no explanation. This is unacceptable! Don't use this company!

just as all the others, i too was scammed and this was for my company. i placed an order 11/21/22. received a text that could not deliver. was told i would get a refund. never did. sent messages NUMEROUS times and was told they see where i was refunded, not true. My company was scammed out of $98.42. I don't order flowers for funerals any more. This is the second time I was scammed when ordering from a florist i found on line. BUYER BE WARE! Don't Deal with Roger Florist!

I too was scammed by Roger Florist. I placed an order and almost immediately I received an e-mail that my order was canceled. Itā€™s been over 20 days and no refund and Denise (if thatā€™s even her name) has stopped answering my emails.

SCAM! I ordered From A person over the phone for flowers the next day was assured NO PROBLEM just to find out After I was Charged IMMEDIATELY theyare In New Jersey And I ordered flowers for TENNESSEE. Then I Called to get a Refund They Kept Hollering Bad Connection, Hung Up On Me Then Blocked my Number.

This place needs to be shut down for FRAUD! They continue to have their website available for orders that they will never fill and they will never give you your money back!I'm dealing with "Denise" the manager we have swapped 10 or so emails and all I get I'd lip service no refund I reported them to the BBB and Federal Trade commission

I had exactly the same experience. On November 16, 2022 I googled florists in the Madison, Wisconsin area. The first one to pop up was Roger Florist. I placed an online order and received an instant e-mail that they apologize, but they do not deliver to that address. They have issued a credit and it should show on my account within 5-7 days. Today is January 4, 2023. I have email corresponded with Denise, their customer service rep every week for almost 2 months. I have contacted my credit card to search for the refund. Today I disputed the charge and threatened to pursue other avenues for my refund. I am a paralegal and I will not stop until I have my refund.

Same exact experience. They shouldnā€™t offer to deliver and take your money if they canā€™t provide that service. No one picks up at the number provided but I was finally able

To get a hold of the manager in the exact email as others. I had done my research but this is just an awful business. I got my refund after fighting for it but also got a new bank card in case. No idea how theyā€™re in business with this many issues. Avoid the hassle and use someone else.

Looks like I am not alone in being taken by this scam florist. My order was never delivered, no explanation given, my bank account was charged immediately, and finding a valid phone number was hard. The first one I found a woman answered and I told her why I was calling. I was quickly placed on hold with annoying loud music playing...after 30 minutes I hung up. Later I called the number associated with business and charge on bank account. A man answered and when I said the reason for calling, he very quickly blurted out that I would have to email customer support and hung up on me. I have now filed a dispute over the charge with my bank. Guess I learned a lesson that not all things that come up in a search are valid businesses.

I ordered flowers from them on Christmas Eve and I spent around 80 dollar's for same day delivery to my boyfriend's mother. I sent out the order at around 10am, and around 2:30pm I received an email confirmation saying that they were no longer able to deliver these flowers due to them not being in the area and a complete refund as been sent back to my issued bank and that I needed to wait 2-5 day's for the 'refund' to completely process. Those few day's I spent waiting for the money to get refunded never showed in my account, still messaged their 'support' and it got me absolutely no where with a woman named "Denise" and to have the email's be directed to her by in the "RE: Denise " which she responded IMMEDIATELY. Which is really uncommon...? There's absolutely no reason why this person responded to me "Are you sure it's not back under Roger's Florist?" in another stated email, or that "I took it into my own hands to handle it... and i'll get to the bottom of it!" is what typical scammers use to give the hope that you'll get ur money returned which this is not the case. They will not return your money, and keep responding to emails giving you false hope or that they'll just overall stop responding to you. Hoping this help's someone else considering it ruined my christmas gift for someone special.

Although, there is another florist company called rogerSflorist.net and this specific scammer "rogerflorist" is taking this specific company's name and completely tarnishing it. The "Rogersflorist.net" vs "Rogerflorist.com" are two different company's and "Rogersflorist.net" is completely legitmate.

File a charge back with your card and dispute the payment as a scam, and the money will be returned to you, don't even bother contacting their "support" as you're not going to get your money back. It's not even worth the time, so just call your bank, and if you see this and placed an order immediately call your bank and block the charge or you too will be scammed out of money. Hopefully more people report this, because it will just cause enough problems with bank's they'll automatically block charges after most banks realize that this is a scam.

This place is an absolute scam. Do not order from them. I placed an order on 12/20 for a delivery on 12/29. Nothing was delivered, I contact them and finally get a response that they canceled the order since they said they cannot deliver there but that they are giving me time to order elsewhere... ya a little late for that! I should be getting a refund but now I'm going to have to keep watching that since from the other comments it seems unlikely.

Placed an order for my best friend who lost her sister. I wanted an arrangement sent to the funeral home. Iā€™m still waiting on my refund, on several of the emails Iā€™ve received a woman named Denise keeps telling me to put her name in the subject line . Whatever, Iā€™m sick of these people and wish I could figure out why I was so stupid to fall for this.

This florist need to be put out of business. I ordered flowers on Monday of last week. They were to be delivered the same day . Friday I called to check on why the flowers were not delivered. They didnā€™t have time to talk. They said to email them. So far I have emailed them 3 times. I called on Saturday &

was told to call back on Monday. Monday I call to find that MY number had been blocked.
