The crackers in the last two boxes crumble if you look at them wrong!
At least 5-7 crackers in a sleeve of 12-13 break and crumble into useless crumbs.
They are thinner and much weaker.
Come on people! Quit trying to save a couple cents so senior management gets a bigger bonus and make a decent cracker like you use to.
Geez Louise. If the next box is like the last two, it will be the last one.

I bought a bag of these the other day from my local viking village foods in reedsburg wi around 615pm. Well Apparently someone wasent doing there job because the ENTIRE bag is unseasoned. So i guess rhere was at least 2 ppl who didnt do the job properly. The person that was suppose to add the seasoning and QA. Someone needs to do there job better. The entire bag went to waste since they were just plain.

Bought a box of original Ritz crackers 3/15/2023 in the Lowes food store in Wilmington, North Carolina. There were 3 unopened sleeves of crackers in the box. I opened one sleeve and put about half on a serving dish when I noticed there was a peanut butter substance on at least half of the crackers. It looked as if it had been splashed onto the crackers while they were stacked together in a column, just prior them being put in the sleeve. The reason I say this is that the peanut butter had been deposited on the outer edges of the affected crackers, and if it affected two adjacent crackers, it only penetrated about about 1/4 inch in from their outer edges. (not found on the MIDDLE of the crackers)

Every pack that I used, the crackers would fall apart when I grabbed for one. Ver frustrating even trying to spread cheese on them. This has happened with the last 2 boxes that I bought in the last month or so. I understand that things can happen during all the handling but for it to happen with 2 boxes bought at different times. I’m not giving up I love my Ritz crackers and just wanted to see if there was a issue.

recently I purchased two 8.1 oz bags of sour cream and onion toasted chips, the first bag was purchased on saturday February 25th and the second bag was purchased on friday March 3rd.

when I opened the bags approximately one week apart, I found that there was absolutely no seasoning (flavoring) on any of the chips in neither bag.

Both bags were purchased at the same store.

I purchase 7 packages that contain 8 packs each of Ritz peanut butter cracker sandwiches. I take 2 packs to work each day. My last purchase of 7 packages has had on average of 3 to 4 packs that half of them are completely missing the peanut butter. Have you been having issues with your dispensing machines? This is a complete waste on my part or anyone else experiencing this problem. Have you issued any refunds or coupons for this issue for those of us that are running into this problem? Please be advised of this and notify if you're aware and if you've corrected the problem.

I love my crackers for my breakfast and morning break.

My husband and I both love your Ritz Toasted Chips in the sour cream & onion flavor. This week I bought another package with the numbers 23Sep2023XEZ1S5 18:27 on back. This particular package had no seasoning in them. They were just plain crackers. I don't know whether your machinery messed up or what but these crackers are not very good. I would take them back to HEB, but without the receipt, I would get anywhere.

Hello, I purchased this bag 2/20/23 from Giant Dunkirk Md. I love Ritz products they disappointed at all when it comes to different events. This bag i took to work for lunch and snacking purposes. I open the bag and No seasonings! This is my favorite flavor! This is Not cool! I am so disappointed. I really had my mouth set for these! Please fix this issue! I look forward to hearing you.

This is the second box of Ritz the original crackers that I can't use. Every sleeve has mostly crumbled crackers. I really like the taste but I am looking for another brand that doesn't crumble. They are not out of date, the best by date is 09 jul 2023ms31 05 05:33I purchased both boxes at Target and I believe I paid 3.99 for each.
I would appreciate a refund.

I bought a box of Ritz Everything crackers on 2/11 since they were out of vegetable crackers and they seemed to look delicious and appetizing. I like Ritz products and never had a problem and I also like the fact they are in sleeves. Getting ready to display the crackers on a cheese plate, I took a sleeve out. The crackers were perfectly in tact, I opened the sleeve and proceeded to place them on the plate and they just crumbled, I selected a dozen more and the same thing just crumbled upon picking them up. I selected another sleeve and same thing. I would like a refund, I could take them back to the store but my bigger question is why would Ritz put a product like this on the market if they simply don't stay together and crumble when you pick them up? Opened a new box of Ritz Swiss Cheese and discovered a moldy clump of crackers at the top of the bag. Loose crackers were below the mass. It looked like they had laid inside a machine for a considerable length of time and then gradually come loose. I'm sure there are others who discovered the same problem. Purchased 1st week of January in Fredericton, NB at Giant Tiger store Northside.

Bought a box of Ritz hint of salt Crackers from Walmart on 2/07/23 for $3.88 (#23APR23AZ210-2 1713) but regular salty Ritz crackers were packaged inside. Love the hint of salt, they are perfect with the less salt. I have high blood pressure and so I really like when companies offer the less sodium option. This makes it so I don't have to stop eating my favorite crackers. Please make sure your employees are more careful. Now, I have to buy another box and decide what to do with the mispackaged box.

I bought these chips in January of this month at Publix in Coral Springs, FL. I opened them up to eat them and they had no taste they tasted like the original chips and they were supposed to be sour cream & onion. I’m disappointed it didn’t taste like it was supposed to taste like. This is the bar code for the chips [protected]. I paid $6.41 for them. I bought the chips on Jan. 20, 2023. I would like a refund or to be able to purchase another bag for free.

This isn't what I'd call a complaint. More a question. We've been buying the Hint of Salt Ritz for many months and eat a lot of them, The box number is 20APR23AZ110-1 1346. And we have 2 other unopened boxes in cabinet. The crackers always seem to crumble as we carefully open them and even if they stay intact after opening, just picking one up breaks them. Perhaps even some time before switching to less salt Ritz, same thing happened. We are buying them at a different store. A large national chain now and we used to buy them at a different store and the exp. date is still a few months in the future. Please tell us if there's some we should know.

Not so much a complaint for a resolution but an observation. Ritz crackers has always been a staple in my pantry but in the last few years Ritz crackers are awful. You can’t spread anything on them. They crumble in the wrapping. They crumble trying to get them out of the package. Someone must have changed the recipe, probably for cost but they are an awful crumbly mess now. Finding another cracker.

I can only imagine someone at the administrative level has made a+decision to change the quality and taste of your time tested product. the new box, purchased at Winco in Vacaville Ca had proven a real disappointment. We used the last 1/2 sleeve of crackers from a box with expiration code of 13OCT22AH118

13.7 oz… (both pkgs.) and they were the reliable, trusty cracker that were suitable to use for dips and spreads. They were just as fresh and crispy as can be! They were also the familiar color…a beautiful golden color…..

The new unopened crackers with exp date of 29APR23AZ209. 17:15 were thin and pastel colored…. not the usual golden, crispy color! And the taste was that of an old, stale cracker…. a new box containing an inferior product.

I refuse to pay for any more Ritz crackers if they continue to be this tasteless product. If it your intention to reduce quality so that you can do away with this product, you are well on your way to your goal! The ingredients listed on your new box now says soybean and /or canola oil…. the old box lists only canola and palm oil,….. on the front of box, it says on the new box….1.5g. sat oil, whereas the old box listed that content as 1g. Sat fat….

FIX THIS PROBLEM NOW OR RUN THE RISK OF LOST CUSTOMERS!

This is the second box of Ritz crackers Originals that I have purchased in a month. The crackers were so thin that they broke before I could get them out of the package. Upon opening the package as I removed a cracker it would crumble in my hands. I used to love Ritz because it was a sturdy cracker. I am very disappointed and don't know if I will continue to purchase them in the future since I don't know if they would be able to be placed on my table. I will be researching a better cracker. I've been eating these crackers for 55 years plus. So disappointed

As my list grows of things I will no longer waste money on due to price or quality I am adding Original Ritz Crackers to that list. I just opened a new box. The Crackers are thin and tasteless.

I'm not happy about the higher price and as I continue to decide if I can live without a product due to higher price and/or quality CONGRATULATIONS. You made the list.

Purchased Ritz Cheese Crispers, Potato and wheat chips last week, at Cub in New Brighton MN, opened them tonight, cannot eat them. They taste horrible and not like cheese at all, do not taste like chips or crackers. just an artificial flavor.

I bought 6 boxes, 4 from Frys and 2 from Winco. Every box the crackers are burnt and no salt. No flavor at all very blah. I love these crackers and buy them all the time.

3 boxes were purchased at the same time, others were bought individually hoping they were burnt but they were. These 2 stores are now out and who knows when they'll have more.
