I know it's been a while since the recipe changed from the original Ritz crack till now, but after being so fed up with all the crackers crumbling before I could get them out of the sleeve, I felt compelled to write a complaint. The taste is not the same and definitely the texture has changed. I can't spread cream cheese on them any longer or they disintegrate in my hand as well. Please go back to the original cracker. I can't use the current crackers anymore in my recipes due to these issues. I was a loyal customer all my 50 yrs but now I'm done wasting my money on Ritz crackers.

Desired outcome: Please change the Ritz cracker recipe back to the way it was - great flavor and texture that would hold its shape and not disintegrate when you touch them.

I agree with this complaint about the crackers crumbling. I remember when they remained sturdy when you spread on a topping. I recently quit buying Ritz and am now trying Club Crackers.
