I saw the word New on the front of the bag and thought this was great. I was having company that weekend and making my special spinach/artichoke dip and thought this would be a perfect chip to dip. Boy, was I wrong. As I put the chips in a fancy plate, I thought this can't be happening. They were 99% broken little pieces. How can someone even dip these. I was angry and embarrassed to put these out, so I ran out and bought a back-up to use with my dip. Not only did I initially pay for these, which by the way got thrown out, but I had to go out to the store again and spend more money.

I bought a package of 8 packs of peanut butter crackers at Target last night, 08/w0/2022. When I went to get a package I realized that it was missing two of the crackers from the package so I picked another package. I opened it and three of those crackers were missing the peanut butter and the other half of their cracker. (only top halves, no bottom halves) So upon examining the other packages four of the packages were missing bottoms and one package was missing complete crackers. Pkg #[protected]

I bought a box of your ritz crackers at walmart. when i opened them there were bugs a lot of bugs crawling in the packs not even open. my husband and i got physically sick ,because we ate a few before realizing it. we buy ritz all the time this was very nasty. code on the scan bar is [protected]. what are you going to do to keep us as a customer, waiting for a response, before i post on social media

we finished the box of Ritz crackers and in the bottom of the box there was an object that looked like poo in the box . we only saw it because we recycle the cardboard boxes.

we feel physically sick . this is disgusting.

please can you get back to me ASAP.

If i do not hear from you i will go to the papers.

This is my second time submitting my complaint. I received no response at all from my first.

The flavor of these crackers was non-existent. Very Bland. No taste of any spice or salt.

Purchased at Market Basket in Portsmouth, NH about 1 month ago.

Well. I'm getting the message that my complaint is too short and will not get attention. So here I go with more verbiage. I love your plain round Ritz crackers and use them to make an awesome crabmeat stuffing for baked stuff shrimp on the holidays.

I opened up my crackers hoping to have a nice evening snack but I was surprised to find that one was missing over half of one of the crackers and peanut butter. I was a little bit surprised but I was really dismayed when I found that another one was also cracked everywhere and also had a third cracker. I was then very disappointed that after paying for 6 crackers I only had 4 ok ones.

Well you see I was opening my back of ritz from the 4 pack original when all of a sudden I had realized there was PENUTBUTTER! On 5 of my crackers this is a serious issue because who knows how many packs of these original ritz cracker where produced in a factory when they are supposed to be plain but yet some how there’s penutbutter on 5 of my crackers now idk how this happens but a family member of mine is severely allergic to peanuts and penutbutter in fact they are so allergic it could make there throat swell and they wouldn’t be able to breath and if I hadn’t notice the peanutbutter on these crackers they could have been rushed to The emergency room this is a serious problem I have proof that there’s peanut butter on these I even tasted it my self my desired outcome from this is I might sew because what if my sister would have ate one of these I’m so scared for everyone else who is allergic to peanutbuter and worried about how many different packs there might be like this one I found today I would like a cash advance of 500 dollars or free ritz crackers of all types for a year and I will stay quite and not sew I re looked bc the packet wasn’t open all the way and there more crackers with penutbutter

I think I got a bad bag, because they taste burnt and look burnt. I also have pictures

We first bought a bag of these about 6 mo ago and they were amazing! About a month after that, bought another bag…not a single chip had any flavor at all. My fiancé & I went grocery shopping on Monday and we thought maybe it was just a one time mess up, so we bought another bag to try because we had really liked them before! Again, they are just plainnnn ole ritz chips with no seasoning or any flavoring of sour cream and onion, salt, nothing!

I just got my grocery delivery. Included I ordered a large box of ritz crackers which should have 8 tubes of ritz in there. I have never, in the years seen a box only come with eight tubes. I took pictures and have the recipes for today. The box was fully sealed.

In the images there are pictures of the recruit which Has where and how I ordered it.

I purchased a bag of sour cream and onion Ritz chips today on 7-12-22 at work at 1621 Heil Quaker Blvd at Quanta Manufacturer in Nashville, TN at 10:15am. I live in Shelbyville, TN. I opened the bag to enjoy them and there is absolutely no sour cream and onion seasoning on my chips at all. I am very disappointed in this incident. This is highly unacceptable for

i love the ritz crackers, but when i try the everything what a surprise the cracker was just coming apart in very small particles

Will never buy them or recommend them to anyone

Some chips were burn and some were uncooked. Not sure how did this past through the quality control team.

I bought the ritz 13.7 oz at my local market. When I opened the package every cracker was broken . This purschase was made on June the 21st of this year. I have always been happy with any of the nabisco products and have used them for many years .Thanks for any help you can give.Product bar code is [protected].

And they have NO seasoning on them.

They are gross and have no flavor.

We thought maybe it was just the first bag so we opened the 2nd and it has the same thing.

I found some unusual substance on some crackers after opening. Also there is some of the crackers that are sealed and look like they have the same substance inside. It looks like something has been wiped on it And has dried. The pictures might explain what it is.

The crackers have been placed in a bag and is it my refrigerator in case someone wants to see them.

The substance may contain salmonella.

Got a 2nd bag of the crisp & thins jalapeno cheddar and they are burnt..very disappointed..taste is horrible

Cannot find the product at any grocery store or Amazon this year. Please bring it back.

Ritz crackers have been my favorite cracker since the 1950s, but since you have changed the ingredients and no longer use salt I am done buying your mislabled "Original." When you open a box, the crackers are mostly sawdust. Whatever is in one piece you cannot butter, spread cheese or even peanut butter. In fact, you can hold a cracker in your hand, look at it while it crumbles.

Ritz was the king of snack food since 1934, so why did you decide to compete with all the second best? Actually all the 2nds are better now than Ritz. Anyway, I am just one customer so I doubt that this means anything to you. Regardless, I am moving on to a better snack food.
