I recently purchased a party sized box of the original Ritz Crackers. Upon opening the box I found one of the sleeves of crackers were torn and it looked as if a rat had gnawed a big hole in the sleeve. I doubt that it was the case but now I don't trust the other sleeves in the box;

The expiration date on the box is 21Feb2024Ms3106 and the bar code is [protected].

Literally half of the cheese cracker pack was just cracker. No cheese. If i wanted just cracker, I would’ve gotten just cracker. Where the [censored] did the cheese go? Do yall not pay your workers enough and they ate the cheese or sum? Like what? Like I payed for cheese crackers why does half of the pack NOT HAVE CHEESE. Happened once before and thought yk things happen, but broski where tf are my cheese crackers?

My local grocery does not carry the crispers product so I order through Amazon subscribe and save which is 6 7 oz boxes of the cheese crispers. Love the product but last shipment received October 5 th are not the same cracker. They are very hard almost burnt taste. I tried a few on 10/14 which resulted in stomach cramps and ultimately vomiting. The best used by is 15 JAN 2024BD12 08:06 123. Amazon order [protected]. Amazon doesn’t have a return procedure for this product so felt there is a quality issue on last shipment.

I bought these at Kroger about a month ago. About 3 weeks ago I had 2 packs with sandwich spread. I had a few left so i put them in an air tight vacuum bag.

Today they were GREAT, and to my astonishment the others were stale.

This box I purchased from Sam's Club are sooo salty you cannot use them just to snack on. They must have something on them or be added to a recipe.

I am really disappointed, I enjoy just snacking on the crackers. But every tube we have opened from this box is extremely salty. This b ox has 18 stacks in it.

Today I bought the 13.7oz box of Original Ritz Crackers that has 4 sleeves of crackers inside. We opened 2 of the sleeves to have with dinner tonight, however one of the 2 sleeves had peanut butter on almost every single cracker. I have a severe peanut allergy and was unable to eat the product I purchased. Nowhere on the box has an allergen warning. I have pictures to show.

I purchased a box of these crackers last week at a local grocer (I can not find my receipt). Today I opened the box to get a packet of crackers, and to my surprise the first packet I grabbed out of the box was not full. It was possibly half full. The box and packet were fully sealed. I always purchase this brand (usually not the wheat crackers) and I have never had this issue. I did take photos comparing two packets side by side.

I bought a this box and upon opening them I notice that the crackers have no taste nor any salt. I was very disappointed because we wanted to have cheese and crackers and also peanut butter with them but they did not have any taste. Since I had already opened them the store would not take them back. I would like to buy another box but I am afraid that it will be the same. We have always enjoyed these crackers my grandchildren love them as snacks.

I jested needed to tell you this, I don’t know if I will buy another box because of this.

[protected] number along side of the bar code...under the bar code [protected] 5 date 12dec23 below that BL16A 09:10 on all 4 of my packs of 8...6 six sandwiches in each of the packs...however...I get 2 sandwiches with 8 plain crackers with no peanut butter. or 4 sandwiches with 6 crackers no peanut butter.. every letter is in small letters. so I am not screaming...I can't wait to open the other two packages of 8. because these packages have all of the same information on the packages...where is your quality control, this is the worse I have ever seen.

Let me start by saying, I love this product and have a package every morning with my coffee.

I did get a double pack of 8 packs that must have been stuck in the machine and both packages had double peanut butter on one and no peanut butter on the other crackers?

I am writing to tell you of my recent purchase at a local grocery store. The product I bought was labeled as Ritz Crackers Garlic butter flavored, but only 2 of the 4 tubes in the box were that, the others were regular flavor. Also, the crackers in the tubes were so brittle that they just fell apart when i tried to consume them. I would like to get a refund, and possibly a couple of free boxes for my inconvenience.

All of the packs have crumbled crackers at the top of the stack. About 7 of them before you get to a whole cracker. I think these were undercooked because they were very light in color. They were just a mess.

Tonight, September 20, 2023, we opened a sleeve of 'regular' Ritz crackers purchased from Sam's Club (a Big Box company) and the crackers had Peanut Butter on the edges of them.

As a parent of a child with a severe nut allergy, this is unacceptable.

There has obviously been some cross contamination with the 'regular' Ritz crackers, and the ones that are Ritz peanut butter sandwiches.

This is a potential death outcome to anyone with nut allergies.

I have purchased these before without any issues, but today I bought 2 large bags of them and they are very dark on the edges and they have burnt taste, I think the batch browned to much or something because they do not have the flavor they should ,they have a burnt taste

I got these 9/14/2023 18:35:06 dollar general store 12802 hammonD la for 3.85 and with tax 4.04

They tasted old but the date it expires is Jan 22 2024 18:41

and usually I get the larger sized sandwich packs but this was not tasty as I was expecting I wouldn’t recommend this product as it also made me have itchy feelings on my face and that doesn’t usually happen to me after enjoying ritz crackers sandwiches.

To whom it may concern I am a 1005 Ritz Cracker lover I do not buy generic because the taste just aint the same. I noticed long time ago but I am just not having the time to write someone about this issue. I always buy the 8 pack box and I buy the for a reason I like peanut butter crackers but I like to make them myself and I always use 1 of the 8 pks and it always makes 8 peanut butter crackers 2 crackers for each now i only get 7 i always make 8 out of 1 pack for my lunch for my break at work. I have been trying for about half an hour to find a way to contact Ritz Crackers with a product suggestion. Every link that came up on search timed out.

I did not start out to complain. I just wanted to make a product suggestion. In my house the Ritz snack little snack package of crackers with cheese or peanut butter are popular quick snacks. I would be interested in seeing these in a doulbe stuffed version, like they do with Oreos. My family would enjoy them.

Given the difficulty of finding a way to contact you with my suggestion, I don;t really have the feeling that it will make it's way to the right place.

YOU REALLY OUGHT TO PROVIDE AN EASY WAY TO CONTACT YOU. NOT EVERYONE WANTS TO COMPLAIN. I DID NOT, UNTIL I TRIED TO CONTACT YOU.

I open a package tons of little bugs came out pulled the other packages out to see them inside the unopened packages .. I have a video of it ..pretty .use by date oct 2 2023 .. I’ve never had this happen it’s pretty gross . I came to you first versus social media , I am a long time customer so I know this is the first experience for me. It was disappointing to say the least. I even went and bought spray cause I’ve never had any problems with any kind of bugs in my home .. but the amount that came out of the open package went directly to the outside trash .

When I received the box at the store it said that there is 9 servings in it and I got as total of 5 as you can see. Also in the picture of them on the napkin those are all the ones that was broken apart and not together. I did get two boxes and this is just the first one that I open. I just purchased it on 9-10-23 at Walmart in Bowling Green, Ohio

These was for my son for school and I thought that this was crazy for having that many broken pieces of crackers not even together.

I opened the bag of ritz toasted chips ( Cheddar) and was greeted with a very plain, and nasty taste. NOT a single chip has the cheddar seasoning. With a bag costly nearly $5 I would hope this would not happen. I would understand one but after pouring the whole bag into a bowl they were normal toasted chips. NOT cheddar. Barcode #[protected] 8
