A bag of double milk chocolate Milano cookies purchased from Big Y store in Norwell MA contained a cookie with a 1/2” plastic bristle in it. After biting the cookie the bristle was poking into my cheek and I pulled it out and spit out and threw away the cookie. I have been buying and enjoying your cookies for many years but this has made me doubt the quality of your products. And the idea of biting into a cookie with a foreign object inside is disgusting to me and I will not likely buy them in the future.

purchased on march 5, 2023 on my way home from the barn. i only go to shoprite from the barn because it is too far away from my home. ShopRite of Gibbstown Route 295 & 401 Harmony Rd, Gibbstown, NJ 08027. shoprite is closing this store and opening a new one in swedesboro, near me. the rolls were dated feb 28, 2023. everything in this store is past date, and i normally check but i was tired and i've been shopping at the local acme and acme does not seem to have these issues

Purchased at Walmart in Hardeeville, SC 29936 on Friday February 10th. Approximately 2:00 pm, I purchased 2 packages. The 1st package I opened had 4 partial cut rolls. I brought these rolls to a Super Bowl Party and I didn’t think to take a picture and didn’t know until the cook told me that he had to cut all of them. They were only cut approximately 1/4 down about an inch and a half. I paid for them! I didn’t receive them the right way! Cost are high enough without getting them cut in a way I could it use without redoing them all

We always purchase your garlic bread from Stop N Shop on Bridge Ave in Point Pleasant NJ...the bag felt very strange and when we opened is was basically 1/2 the size of normal. Very disappointed and surprised if this is the new size of the bread and you are still putting in a big bag! With the economy the way it is and our middle income family getting squeezed, I hope this is not the standard on a product we purchase at least 3x per month!

I purchased a box in Sept 2022 at Samsclub Augusta, Maine. No less than 10 bags were partially open due to defective sealing in the bag. The crackers were stale and not edible. Please notice attached pictures an send me a 36 ct/1.25 Oz box of fresh crackers.

Pepperidge Farm Light Style Oatmeal Bread.

Purchased two different loaves in one week. Once is okay twice is not acceptable.

Large wholes in bread leaving about four slices unaffected.Possibly air wholes.

Small problem but unhappy. Bought this bread at Walmart, Cibalo Texas. See image blue tab. Bread sliced, blue tab, and Pepperidge Farm Light Style Oatmeal Loaf.

I would really like the pizza goldfish back. They are my favorite snack and I was disappointed to hear they were discontinued after searching for them. They have been a staple in my house for many years and they just don’t compare to any other flavor. I know the flavor blasted ones are available but nothing beats the original pizza! Please bring them back!

My 13 year old daughter was eating Goldfish crackers out of a snack size pouch and found a penny inside with the product. We immediately made her spit out what was in her mouth. She had already consumed some of the product. Concerned about the toxicity of what might be in her stomach we made her eat chlorella which should help neutralize any toxins. If she becomes ill we will provide a follow up correspondence.

I bought the 45 snack box from Costco. And a week in I noticed goldfish spilling out everywhere. Every bag was opened a long the back seam as the pressure seam must have not taken. I had sent 2 emails to pepperidge farm customer support and heard nothing. Wasn't sure if Costco would take back the product as the box was destroyed. After not hearing anything for 2 -2 1/2 weeks made the attempt to return to costco. Costco did not even question it. Apparently they must have known there was a defect in the product. I am annoyed that Pepperidge Farm did not address the issue nor did I receive a roboemail saying that my email was received. Poor customer service.

You had lied about the cheddar cheese goldfish labeling. It's not cheddar cheese, but just plain old goldfish crackers. I have tasted them and it's missing the cheddar cheese. The goldfish crackers are placed on recall. May 31, 2019 3:00pm. Take them off store shelves and make some real cheddar cheese goldfish crackers. I had expected better cheddar.

I counted the bags as having less servings than it is supposed. Only counted a little more than 6.5 serving in the goldfish pretzels flavor bag and it stated it should have about 7.5 servings. Maybe check your machine it must be under counting. I'd see being off a little but a whole serving is a ripoff and I didnt get what I paid for. I recounted numerous times to make sure I wasnt off. But sure enough the bag was short. I hope other customers aren't getting shortchanged. With 3 kids this adds up. If I recount another bag and it's under in its servings I will not be purchasing from pepperidge farms again.

You are only putting a few crackers on recall
My little daughter picked up the cute little princess cupcake crackers and within 12 hrs I wasn't sure she would live
Please pull all the crackers until you can figure how many were actually contaminated
She is still not out of the woods please don't let this be another child . I am in fear after looking at your recall list not all proper ones have been put on there and a child might die

It's an absolute shame Pepperidge Farm released this product into the population without any regard to the fact on how terrible they taste. Was their a taste test? Who conducted this? Pepperidge Farm, inside job! C'mon man, this is a crime!
