Ritz Crackers

Yesterday I (08/05/2023) purchased a box of 8 pkg of ritz crackers at Market basket in Massachusetts and when I opened the box to use them and inside were only 7 pkgs

They are expensive enough not to get what you paid for which was $3.99

Please help me out here I don’t know what else can be put in it was as simple as that

When I was a kid (i'm 77), ritz crackers were my favorite, now they are not, the flavor, color is different. Used to be a nice rich brown color, and savory taste. Now they are a bland, tasteless, tan color. A change in recipe?, probably, but never admitted by mondelez! Very dissatisfied customer, lol dated 8/4/23

I purchased a large box of vegetable-seasoned crackers, the other day, from my local grocery I haven't had Ritz in a while. I'm on a low carb diet so this was going to be a treat for me, upon opening... They looked exactly how I remembered them nice and buttery, until I took a bite and they crumbled in my hand, all the packs crumbled on me. So... I wasn't able to treat myself to a snack. I didn't throw them away... I used them for my vegetable hot dip.

I enjoyed that very much! I just wasn't able to enjoy them whole.

I am so tired of buying Ritz crackers only to have them disintegrate when you open the sleeve. My kids loved peanut butter crackers and it is a great afternoon snack, but I can’t make them anymore. I like to make them myself because I could control the peanut butter and not that processed stuff they put on the ready-made’s. I can’t put these on my charcuterie board anymore because it makes it a crumpled mess. Can Ritz please get their act together and start making our beloved Ritz crackers where they’re not just a crumbling mess?

I’ve been eating Ritz crackers every night at bedtime enjoy eating something salty before I go to bed. It’s something to drink usually a diet Pepsi ever since I started doing this I don’t get foot cramps in the middle of the night which has been a win and I’ve gotten used to the taste. I love opening up that package and putting in one of those crackers in my mouth and tasting that salty goodness, but unfortunately quality control is not the same every time obviously and like tonight I open the box and it’s barely got any salt on it at all and it’s not a low sodium salt. This is not uncommon and it’s getting irritating. I really want the product that I’m paying for , it may be there has to be a product called extra salty or just salty so people know when they’re making them that that’s got us some salt on them. I’m the consumer you guys are the experienced ones you should we know what you’re doing help out somebody here, who sees every night will continue to eat them every night till the last day of my nights exist. July 2023: So frustrating to open a fresh, new box of Ritz Whole Wheat crackers and find many in a sleeve are already very fine crumbs in the bottom of the sleeve. Upon snipping the top, the first-out crackers are totally broken and once I get past the powdery crumbles, none are whole enough for use in serving appetizers! What has happened to our once dependable, delicious Ritz? Did the ingredients change? Is the packaging defective? Does management care? Obviously NOT! There has been a definite reduction in quality over the last year!

Hello. We purchases these chips almost bi-weekly because we love them. However, I just purchased a bag at Dollar General not realizing the back of the bag had never been sealed. I have taken pictures to show the product and the problem. I know things happen. Would just like the bag replaced or coupon to get another bag. I kept the bag but tossed the chips, half of which were missing from the seem in the back. Didn't even notice until I got home. Thank you for looking in to this. These crackers are my favorites but when I open the sleeves the first two or three of the crackers are broken and also throughout the sleeve. It makes it hard to put on a topping. I have purchased these at two Wal-Mart's on US 27 and Tennessee St in Tallahassee, Florida and in Publix on Capital Circle NW in Tallahassee, Florida. I have not noticed this on other Ritz crackers..

I just finished eating a box of Ritz bits with cheese. I was very disappointed because 1/2 the crackers didn’t have cheese. I throughly enjoyed the ones that did. But I have throat cancer and don’t understand why I can only swollow certain things, and the ones with cheese I could. Maybe you could try to fix this. I bought them at Shop n Save, Mt.Oliver in Pgh. We love the Pita Chips and the Salt & Vinegar Crisps. We bought this product a week ago hoping for another positive experience. Frankly this product has no flavor. Nice crunch but no flavor. We are very disappointed. We are loyal customers of the two products mentioned above but will never spend another dime on the cream cheese and onion.

We bought ritz crackers as we always do and we were very disappointed and Disgusted. We keep these on hand at all times for we have 21 grandchildren and they are a great snack. The last box we bought was very dark and some were straight up like eating a salt block. We threw them away before thinking we could return them. I have called the 800 number several times to speak to someone but only put on hold and no one ever answered the call. I am attaching pictures as well

I bought 3 bags of your sour cream and onion crackers and all 3 had no flavoring at all.

First time this ever happened in last few years. I hope it does not continue or I will. never buy any of your products ever again.

Happened two weeks ago. I do not have serial numbers. I originaly had them and sent them to you before on the com0laint but never ever heard back from you.

I bought 3 boxes of hint of salt Ritz. I opened one & it was total salt

I've been a Ritz cracker guy for many many years, in the last 6-9 months I've purchased regular and party packs 2-3 times a month.

Lately the cracker is done more on the bottom than the top changing the original flavor like a slight burn or over done taste, also crackers crumble easily not like past crackers produced. Ill be looking for another cracker to replace the garbage currently produced by Ritz

The crackers in the last two boxes crumble if you look at them wrong!
At least 5-7 crackers in a sleeve of 12-13 break and crumble into useless crumbs.
They are thinner and much weaker.
Come on people! Quit trying to save a couple cents so senior management gets a bigger bonus and make a decent cracker like you use to.
Geez Louise. If the next box is like the last two, it will be the last one.

I bought a bag of these the other day from my local viking village foods in reedsburg wi around 615pm. Well Apparently someone wasent doing there job because the ENTIRE bag is unseasoned. So i guess rhere was at least 2 ppl who didnt do the job properly. The person that was suppose to add the seasoning and QA. Someone needs to do there job better. The entire bag went to waste since they were just plain.

Bought a box of original Ritz crackers 3/15/2023 in the Lowes food store in Wilmington, North Carolina. There were 3 unopened sleeves of crackers in the box. I opened one sleeve and put about half on a serving dish when I noticed there was a peanut butter substance on at least half of the crackers. It looked as if it had been splashed onto the crackers while they were stacked together in a column, just prior them being put in the sleeve. The reason I say this is that the peanut butter had been deposited on the outer edges of the affected crackers, and if it affected two adjacent crackers, it only penetrated about about 1/4 inch in from their outer edges. (not found on the MIDDLE of the crackers)

Every pack that I used, the crackers would fall apart when I grabbed for one. Ver frustrating even trying to spread cheese on them. This has happened with the last 2 boxes that I bought in the last month or so. I understand that things can happen during all the handling but for it to happen with 2 boxes bought at different times. I’m not giving up I love my Ritz crackers and just wanted to see if there was a issue.

recently I purchased two 8.1 oz bags of sour cream and onion toasted chips, the first bag was purchased on saturday February 25th and the second bag was purchased on friday March 3rd.

when I opened the bags approximately one week apart, I found that there was absolutely no seasoning (flavoring) on any of the chips in neither bag.

Both bags were purchased at the same store.

I purchase 7 packages that contain 8 packs each of Ritz peanut butter cracker sandwiches. I take 2 packs to work each day. My last purchase of 7 packages has had on average of 3 to 4 packs that half of them are completely missing the peanut butter. Have you been having issues with your dispensing machines? This is a complete waste on my part or anyone else experiencing this problem. Have you issued any refunds or coupons for this issue for those of us that are running into this problem? Please be advised of this and notify if you're aware and if you've corrected the problem.

I love my crackers for my breakfast and morning break.
