Rite Aid review: Rx Aotu Refil

received an auotmated phone call that a Rx was ready to pick up. I have not requested an Auot refill on any drug and never do. I do not have the drug filled at theis pharacy any longer, that was set up for auto refil, without my knowledge or NOR APPROVAL. Doing this causes me major problems attempting to get the drug filled at a differnt pharmancy because it is a 90 Rx. So Rite Aid has the drug in their system that I cannot have filled at the pharacy that currently use. I phoned the pharacist and eas informed the staff was looking after my well being. Again without my knowledge or approval. Since when do I need an incompetent (probably younger) person looking after my well being that cannot even manage their own life. Someone attempting to look after my well being causes majot prolems! Unbelieable! Employee Probably following Corporate policies. You just lost a customer.
