Rite Aid review: Pharmacy

I have been filling my dogs prescription for anti siezre meds from Rite for 4 months now.. There has not been a rerfill where I had to either wait or get 1/2 scrips or get 3 pills to hold us over.. After every occurence the same promise was made to me that they would have in stock. So this last time we had to travel to another location 25 miles away after you told us the script would be ready for 8pm. Then your associatew gives us a hard time and basically tells us that its our problem We had to race 25 miles to get to your other location 40 minutes away. My dog cannot skip a dose...

Your company is horrble and should be ashomed of youselfs on this type of customer servce.
