This complaint is in regards to your terrible pharmacy's customer service. I've been going to this pharmacy located in Pendleton, OR for years and each year it steadily get worse. I have recently transferred my prescriptions to a neighboring cities rite aid pharmacy bc I'd rather drive 45min than deal with the terrible technicians attitudes.
This is my complaint list and concern. Technician "Colton" who works there is the worst person to speak with. I would like your company to call in and give him a simple task and see how he handles your question or concerns without disclosing who you are. He does not help ppl at all. He told me "I cant find your file, sorry" after requesting a script fill. I said I've been going there for yrs, "ya, sorry". I then ask to speak to pharmacist. Then my file is suddenly found by the nice pharmacist, of course bc he took 2 seconds to look me up. I always have a problem receiving help from this specific technician, whether it's over the phone or face to face. Please look into why you choose to employ such rude ppl, as it's driving your business to other towns. I fill more than 10 RX scripts each month. He's literally driving thousands down the drain for your company. He also refused to look for name twice. I stated maybe u have my name incorrect... "nope. Sorry". I work in a hospital setting and know this isn't right service to the community. I also quit referring ppl to your local store bc of my terrible experiences here. It's sad bc this use to be a great place to go, but not anymore. It's clear the technicians ruin the reputation for the hard working pharmacists as well.
