Prescription medication
Ordered medication on 10/18/16, still have not received it as of 11/17/16. Called QPD, was told it was shipped from U.K. on 10/27. There is no tracking #
to try & find out where package is. Stated I would have to wait 6 weeks before
any thing can be done. Meanwhile I am without my medication for the last
11 days. My acct. is #528738, order #1867582. I would like a full refund of my money.
Ordering Process
I placed an order with Quality Prescription Drugs and followed their directions by emailing my ID and having my doctor's office fax my prescription to the fax number on their website [protected]). Days later, I followed up with a call to get a status and was informed they never received the prescription. She gave me another fax number to have the doctor's office fax to a second time. Doctor's office again, faxed the prescription to the fax number she provided. Three days later, I again called to get a status and was informed they never received the fax. I expressed my frustration with this and was put on hold for a few minutes. The customer service rep verified that they could not find the prescription then offered to CALL my doctor's office and get the prescription. I provided his name, and phone number. Two days later...AGAIN, I called to get a status. Guess what? Yep...still no prescription. The (different) customer service rep informed me that records showed the previous rep was going to FAX (not call) a request to my doctor requesting the prescription. I never gave her a fax and was specifically told they would call. I'm done with this mickey mouse company! So glad I never gave them a credit card to lose or abuse!

Fraud
I had to give payment info several times on several occasions 2. The price mysteriously increased after they failed to place the order when i initially gave the payment info 3. Supervisor is very disagreeable and combative 4. My cc was charged twice - not sure how difficult it's going to be to resolve 5. I was told i would get the medicine in 2 weeks - it's been 4 weeks and still no medicine.
