Rite Aid

Dear RiteAid Management,

I would like to file a formal complaint against the Rite Aid Southampton NY 11968 location. I was given the third vaccine dosage several weeks ago 11/27/2021 at the Rite Aid location in Southampton NY by the Pharmacist Spiro M. He was an excellent employee and pharmacist and did his job very well. My complaint is with the management of this location. Spiro was working the Pharmacy Department by himself, he answered the telephone calls from patients and doctors, dispensed prescriptions, and was additionally administering vaccines to patients. I believe he was overworked and understaffed. Please address the staffing shortage at this location and provide much needed help for Spiro.
