I have been living in this community for over 25 years, and haven't had any problems or issues with all the different staff that have come and gone, until this last 2. Years since this person started working in my community, and she unfortunately lives right next door to me. She has been stalking and harassing me the whole time, telling me I can't park in front of my house and threatening to tow one of my vehicles, while i'm busy working all the time, sometimes I go out of town for work, for a week or so, and the road in front of my house is bad, hasn't been repaired in over 25 years, there was a swamp that would form in front of my house when it rained, and because of that my suspension would quickly deteriorating on my vehicles and ruin my wheels and in the winter my wheels would freeze into the swampy parking spot, making me at times late for work, and cost me in repairs, and there are a lot more details that people would find concerning as well, but this is getting to long already, anyway I told her that I can hold on to the rent until this is repaired, and shortly thereafter I had to go out of town for work, I leave my car parked in front of my house, and get a ride to airport for work, when I return from work less than a week the street is repaired but my car is gone,.. No curtisy call nothing, my car is down at the end of the lot, I guess the towing company dragged it down there, wrecking my car, the alarm went off draining my battery, they must have dropped it because the coil shockes in front were broken and my motor mounts were broken as well as the skid plate under the motor was shattered, so my car is inoperable, the car is a mercedes e 320, I had to take the money that I just made and then some to buy another vehicle, to work, the illegitimate towing company just denied the claim and when I went to office to complain she told me to leave and shortly after that she layered up, it also cost me alot of money to repair my car in parts, and a month. Later again i'm out of town for work only for half a week, we had a big snow storm so I park my vehicles down at the end of lot so they can plow the street and she towed both of my cars while I was home, didn't tow anyone else this was on purpose and vindictive, after incurring the financial burden of having to buy a car and repair my primary car I didn't have the money to recover my cars, besides her and the towing company are scamming people, and so with the economy the way it is and all that i'm having financial difficulties and there is the same person who caused me all this damage financially has signed my eviction paperwork, I go for emergency assistance to help me out, but she is no where to be found and the county has to have a response from the office to pay, she doesn't except, and now she is trying to take my house, and rhp. Is ok with this? I think she got a promotion to, she has destroyed other lives there and they smashed her windows on her vehicle so she sneaks around, she needs to go
Desired outcome: She needs to be held accountable for her bad behavior and misdeeds,
I would like to believe that this rhp company is very successful and is not all bad and evil,maybe they have really bad evil people in some management positions who shouldn't be allowed these positions where they have the resources and authority to destroy and wreck people's lives and communities,because they are evil.
