Dilapidated Building

I live in this building 28 Duncan Ave, Jersey City, NJ 07304 for three years and getting worse all the time. Building hallways, entrance, elevator filthy and walls broken holes and stain and torn dirty carpet never is cleaned. Paint and plaster falling from walls, cracked broken walls, bugs, elevator scary dirty horrible not fit for humans now pit bulls in building landlord say no dogs allowed new tenants bring pit bulls and loud music. We making complaint to city and organize rent strike. Management company ignore all phone calls.
