The incident happened yesterday 11/07/2022

We always have hard time dealing with Carlson chan our manager .. he has been sending emails to us saying that he didn’t receive the section 8 payment for the month of October and November and if we didn’t pay it we will be evicted and he ordered us to call the section 8 .. we called 6 different supervisors and all said that the payment was sent on time and if he is not receiving the payment he need to call to go through his account information with him because they cannot provide us any information on his account .. and what he is doing is harassing us.. me and my husband called him and he kept screaming and us and telling us that he is not going to call and we are responsible to pay this amount and he didn’t want to listen .. he caused a nerve break down to me because i have a history of anxiety and he told us that we are causing headaches to him and he refused to call the section 8 to fix the issue with them ..

HCIDLA (Los Angeles Housing Community Investment Department) Tenant anti-harassment ordinance 187109

I am cellphone stalked and targeted with short-range Ultrasonic Weapons in my housing for the past 5 years. Short-range USW use sound to injure or incapacitate and are similar to common electronic pest control devices. I reported the harassment and abuse to the housing provider and all agencies with jurisdiction over this criminal harassment. I have demanded of the housing provider to investigate and use its high-tech security system to stop the criminality in its building. All requests were mishandled or ignored. After an attack, I suffered a heart attack and had a catheterization the next day. Please accept this complaint, investigate and stop this harassment in housing.

Desired outcome: stop harassment and abuse in housing

HCIDLA (Los Angeles Housing Community Investment Department) Tenant protection for property with criteria

I;ve lived on the property at 11219 Emelita Street and 11219 1/2 Emeilta Street for six years. A new owner bought property 11/2014. I was informed it was under Koloe L.L.C. He proceeded to threaten, Harrass, Discriminate, Terrorize and Relatiate from the moment he purchased the property, He paid back tenant re-location fee's and told me since Ive gotten him in trouble..I was not getting a dime. He closed my gas account, shut off electricity, and demololished the attached unit while I was still int the ajoining unit. He filed unlawful detainer and after postponning it twice, the judge forfeitted my lease. The Judge had no eviedence except the landlord purgered himself and the property has a CPC number. The owner got a Community Block Grant LARZ=Valley and since has locked me and my family out. I first filed a complaint with RSO in July and then four times since. they keep telling me it is a single family. Yet it has two meters and two address. I believe the owner doctored papers. The building and saftey after complaining about the demolishion while I was in home has yet to come. The inspector I complained to was over two month ago, that goes for the health dept. too. RSO is suppose to inforce tenant laws yet they let this criminal re-zone with a third address and tells me I am not covered for relocation fees, neither investigator will tell me how they come to that conclusion when Bld and Saftey says differant. Now, living on disability with a spouse who is recovering from West Nile Enchephilites he contracted on premises are homeless. All because of a grant from on orginazation that is suppose to help low income families. My children are having a hard time with everything we have been victam to over the past 11 months. RSO has done nothing since my first complaint which was before owner re=addressed the property with a third 11221 W Emelita Street. I had a valid lease untill Aug 2016. I can not seem to upload doc/

I have had similar experiences . Fraudulent inspections reports, changes in addresses needing the repairs. They allowed an illegal lock out, the doctor court proceedings by doing it with a corrupt clerk eltronically thru our County Court Houses.
The HCIDLA is Corrupt as they come they have all the funding for the housing arena right now and are Racketeering.
Omg it has happened to me and since I won't leave their crimes alone It is continuing today.
