I attempted to pay the rent for a home that I rented off of mynd. They had added on a charge of $127 for a missed service appointment as well as a $75 late fee for rent. I've been reaching out to mynd for over a month trying to get housing form completed to renew my lease, usually this take now more than a day. Everytime I mention it Christina, always say I'm forwarding this to our leasing dept, how many depts. does it take to get ONE signature on a form, with technology being what it is it should take a couple hours.
