The 7-day trial is supposed to allow customers to try out the "premium tools" offered by Designrr before committing to paying for them. However, cancelling your recurring payment with Paypal means that the subscription will be cancelled immediately, even if you still have several days left to try it out. This seems to defeat the purpose of having a trial period at all.

One of the most frustrating things about Designrr is the lack of customer service. It's difficult to get in touch with them and even when you do, the representatives seem to have trouble understanding simple requests.
