Don't sign up for the trial with this company. I signed up and canceled on the last day, but they keep charging my card for a crazy $150 every month. Thankfully, the payment isn't going through, and it's clear how desperate they are. The charge happens every night, and there's no way to take off your card even after canceling. This company is just trying to scam you for money. I wouldn't recommend it.

Kajabi site ain't accessible. Site's hosted on ***. *** confirmed site got hacked on ***'s end and added to a *** Wireless account. Seems like a Kajabi employee hacked the account to get back at a previous complaint.

On August 19th and September 17th, Kajabi Growth Monthly has taken money from my account twice. I don't know who they are. I canceled my card and complained to the Federal Trade Commission and the credit card company twice now. I can't reach them, not sure what to do next.

On September 1st, I made a payment of $999 for a course on publishing books offered by Kajabi LLC. I still have two more payments of $999 remaining. At first, I was excited about the course and its potential benefits. However, I received a call from *** who informed me about an accelerated course that includes 24/7 coaching for a duration of 6 months. The cost for this course was $7,800, which I paid. Unfortunately, I have been trying to schedule a coaching call, but no one has reached out to me. I left messages at two different numbers, but I haven't received any response. I am now requesting a refund for my payment. Can you assist me with this matter?

Kajabi be chargin' me fo' 12 accounts every month, but I can only find 8 of 'em. They ain't helpin' me out at all, they won't validate or give me any info 'bout the accounts billin' on my CC. I been waitin' fo' weeks now, and all they said was to get my law firm involved and fight 'em to find out which accounts they billin' me fo'. I done gave 'em all the info they asked fo' - dates, full credit card numbers, CCV, zip code, full names, everythin'. And after promisin' they'd give me the info, they just told me to "contact our special information request department." It's just plain ridiculous, man.

I tried out Kajabi LLC for free on 5/25/22, but when my trial ended on 6/29/22, I wanted to cancel to avoid the $199.00 monthly fee. I didn't think it was worth the cost compared to the potential profit. However, when I tried to cancel, they offered me another free month, so I agreed. The next day, Kajabi charged me $199 and took all the money from my bank account. It felt like they tricked me and didn't let me cancel, and it seems like a technical problem on their part. It's frustrating because they don't have any customer service that I can actually talk to. A business that takes money from customers should be easy to reach.

11/27- I signed up for Kajabi's annual plan, costin' me $1462.80. 1/15- I started noticin' that the community features were all glitchy and not well-developed. For instance, I tried to get help 'cause my members couldn't change their profile photos. They never gave me a solution that actually worked. Instead, they offered me more product limit, which I accepted. 3/11- I finally realized that Kajabi wasn't the right fit for me 'cause of the underdeveloped community features AND 'cause they switched to AWS. I asked 'em to cancel my account and give me a refund for the time left (over 9 months left on my annual subscription). They didn't respond. 3/12- I sent 'em another cancellation notice. No response. 3/19- I submitted my third cancellation notice as a support ticket. Finally got a response from "***" tellin' me how to cancel on my own, which I did. 3/22- I asked 'em again about gettin' a refund for the unused time. No response. In the end, I didn't get any refund for the remainin' time on my subscription. My account has been sittin' unused for nearly 9 months, and I paid $1462.80 for it. Nobody at Kajabi has responded to me since. Kajabi's website says this: "What happens if I want to cancel? No worries, there are no long term commitments or complicated contracts. If you decide that Kajabi isn't right for you, you can easily cancel your account from your dashboard at any time." But unfortunately, that doesn't mean they'll give ya a refund. Potential customers, please be aware that an annual subscription seems to lock ya into a "long term commitment." Just to be clear, I wasn't askin' for a full refund. I used the product for 3 months. But I think a partial refund would've been fair and right.
