Mynd – Absolutely terrible management company, I feel bad for the owner who is paying them for no reason

I have lived in a property managed by mynd for a little over a year and a half. In that time I have had vendors show up at my house on 6 seperate occassions claiming they have a work order for some sort of maintenance in my home. Each time I have called Mynd because I did NOT place any work orders and each time they let me know they would look into it and get back to me. No one ever gets back to me and I have been waiting to speak with their maintenance manager for over a month now regarding this. The scariest part is everytime I have called to report this to Mynd, they always claim they DO NOT have any open work orders or requests on their end...meaning vendors are just coming to my home for no reason and with no notice. The vendors have showed me the confirmation on their end so it is 100% on Mynd management. this is just one of the issues. NEXT about 2 weeks ago we had pest control come in on a work order placed to remove rats, it all went great...until today. I called to place a request for a dead pest to be removed from the property and inspected if there are any others. They told me pest control is the residents responsibility...I am so confused why they just sent pest control if this was the case. Also there is nothing in my lease that states this is on the resident. So they charge me an arm and a leg for rent and send random vendors to my house UNREQUESTED but the one time out of 2 requests I have made in 1 1/2 years I am told basically to F*** off. and that it is my responsibility to do THEIR JOB! I see why there are so many 1 star reviews.
