House and home pavilion branch regarding refrigerator not functional
I have a a problem with Hisense refrigerator and it still under warranty. I complaint with house and home on January 2nd 2023 to get technician to fix the non cooling fridge. I was told they are still closed will open on the 16th January 2023 waited till for 2 weeks till someone came in the beginning of February he fixed it with fail for 5 days in a week...

On the 12/2/2022 went to Game Store to complain my fridge stopped working. The lady phoned the customer careline - the guy from there said that he will inform the accounts dept for a statement to be emailed to me so we can get the receipt number. to date no email. my food in my fridge got rotten I am so disappointed with Game and their slow service. I still havent gotten the statement to date. what happened to excellent service?

Poor after sale service
Hi There,
I've reported a query to Game regarding a faulty refrigerator of which I'm battling to get a technician to come sort my fridge. All details were given to Game of whom acknowledges that info was sent to Hisense. I, my self also sent off documents of which confirms my purchase and also the green slip advising on the model. I don't see why a technician if qualified would need to have even more specific information as to what fridge model it is. I advised the sweet lady that its 319l fridge with a water dispenser. Please get a technician to my place ASAP (Today 14-02-2017) we tired of looking at our spoilt food.

Dont advertise when you cannot deliver
Last year when I enquired about LED TVs' I was told it was due the month after this was in November 2009, called in November 2009 told it was delayed and will be here in January 2010, called today and was told end of April 2010, yet your bill board advertising says to have them. Secondly, when you call your offices in Midrand - Gauteng it takes forever for someone to pick up the line with absolutely no eager customer ethic, it takes even longer to get transferred to Sales again your experience is short, blunt and distasteful. I now realize why the other popular brands enjoy such good market share, they are customer focussed and really deliver on their word.
The image and experience you create tells a lot if I really want to do business with you whenever you receive LED TVs in SA, remember they already being sold by other brands.

I bought a Hisense tv model 1504, out of nowhere the television locks. I researched everywhere before trying to contact the company. Well you can forget about any contact. I emailed several times with no response then the phone number is not correct. Just a warning, if you purchase you will not get any way to contact them. I would never recommend any of their products.
