My brother purchased a TV for me in October 2025. He purchased a 55in Hisense Amazon Fire TV from Amazon. He also purchased a warranty for the TV. The screen on the TV is completely black; the sound works but the picture doesn't. For a month I haven't been able to get any help. I contacted Amazon and they confirmed it is under warranty and they were going to replace it but then they told me they couldn't because I had to go through Hisense. Now I am going through Hisense and I cant get any help here either.

Claimed loss: Because of this issue I haven't been able to watch the streaming services that I pay for (Netflix, Hulu, Disney, ESPN, YT TV, Peacock, HBO Max and more) Not to mention that I lost something sentimental because it was a gift from my brother.
Desired outcome: I would like to have my television replaced. I keep getting the run around from Hisense and from Amazon. I just want a new TV that is covered by the warranty that was paid for.
