Hisense USA review: New refrigerator ice and water stoped working after 6 weeks been down for 5 weeks

This unit was delivered and installed on May 30, 2026. For six weeks it worked fine. Then the icemaker and water quit working. I have called customer service and opened or thought I opened 3 tickets. The second ticket I called to open was never opened by the person I was talking to and therefore had to open a third one. As of today, the ice and water still don't work. It has been 5 weeks and nothing. This refrigerator was not worth bringing home,h.
