Hisense tvs are junk haven't had it 3yrs and picture tube went out my Phillips tv had 16 yrs and still going everyone be aware of there products
Now let's talk about there customer service have 4 numbers and still get computer generated voice and there websites want money to even give you answers popular tvs with no actual person to talk too why? Need actual people you make enough of your junky products to do so

Haven't had my tv not even 3 yrs think it might be the picture tube my 42 inch tv by Phillips I've had 16 yrs with hisense can't talk to a live person just some bull crap computer generated person can't even get help on the site without someone asking for money the phone numbers you all have are useless and when you do get someone on the line can't help a freaking bit you all say quality products I say freaking junk
