Desired outcome: I would like to be reimbursed of my rental,uber rides ,my car fix ASAP.i would like a apology because this isn't what a company should treat another driver that could have loss they life.

Insurance money scam
Here’s how this company operates. If you are on someone else’s policy. They come after you for any money that other person owes. They will lie and cheat to get the money. Even as in my case after 5 months of insuring me on my own policy. I either paid what was owing on my ex’s policy or they say I had a lapse in insurance and they will cancel my policy if I don’t now pay after 5 months of insurance the added fee of exactly the same amount as my ex’s policy bill.
Desired outcome: My money back and my insurance coverage as it was for 5 months. I did not lapse and I am not legally in any way shape or form responsible for someone else’s policy.

I chatted with 5 online chat agents, was rudely disconnected, my wife was mistreated as she in a authorized policy holder as well, we we both told to verify unnecessarily as we were both logged in, I was repeatedly refused a supervisor, and told a supervisor would not chat with me unless I verified to the rude agent's liking and after I verified all my personal information (which I was previously informed that I had to only verify 2 pieces of personal information, previously) the agent has lied and falsified statements in a chat after I told this agent I have verifying documentation stating otherwise ECT and asked this agent to please stop lying on me, falsifying statements about me, to me, during a chat initiated by me.
Desired outcome: Written apologies, from agents, supervisors, and corporate. We are disabled policy holders, and should be treated with respect, (both of us, as insured) therefore, no customer (disabled or non disabled) should have this negative experience.
Product/service fr-44 insurance policy
I obtained an FR-44 insurance policy on 3/17/21 paid in full for 6 months and Bristol West failed to fax over the proof to the DMV/Tallahassee. My license was suspended on July 8, 2021 because Bristol West failed to submit the required documents requested by Tallahassee back in March. I placed a call to Bristol West today July 27, 2021 and asked what was the reason for this error and how can I avoid going through this and get my license and re-instate they said it would take 7 to 10 business days which is unacceptable given the fact that my license is suspended now.
Desired outcome: Get my license reinstated
I bought Bristol West 1 year Auto Ins and made 2- 6 months payment each year At the end of 3 years I did not renew and bought from another co. In my 40 years of buying auto ins I never paid monthly (and so any carry over would have to be at least 1-6 month policy payment for the next policy year) At the end of each policy year I usually shop around for a better deal and then decide whether to move on or renew and I never had a problem doing so . I was shocked when a collection co. called about a passed payment for one month, claiming I owed for the first month of a new policy year which I never renew
Bristol west cannot get away with this scam, and other non insurance companies are doing the same renewal without consent...class action threat is our only hope. These companies have no respect for consumers.
Insurance company not wanting to pay
I was told by the insurees claim representative Mr. Harrelson that he was not going to pay for all the days I rented a car because the car should have been fixed in 3 days. The reason why the car sat at the shop in pieces was because Mr. Harrelson refused to put new parts on my car, so when these parts he "approved" were ordered they did not fit my car. To quote the mechanic"the part was cheaply made".
From the very begining this insurance has given me the runaround about everything. Their "appraiser" did not write down that my car was pulling to the right when he looked at my car and so of course Bristol West is trying to get out of paying for that also.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
