Had an accident when I had a green light and a very large truck with 2 carriers was suddenly in front of me. He had gotten off at wrong exit and was trying to get straight back on the highway until he saw the divider, unable to be seen until close. The truck driver stated he has a witness, who was behind him. They both lied. The police stood with them laughing while it took 4 people to get me out of the car. 4 broken ribs and broken right wrist. The picture demonstration was wrong, never named my car. I kept asking BW where he was going as he decided to change and said he meant to get off there. I drive that road several times a week and it is purely residential, no businesses. They failed to do this and their adjuster just followed police reports. The employees are all rude as well. Stay Away!

This is serious and you need to stop dealing with the adjuster alone. Hire a personal injury attorney now, most work on contingency. They can request the full claim file, the truck's logs, and any dashcam or nearby traffic camera footage before it gets overwritten. Also ask the police department in writing to amend the report with your account and photos, and report the adjuster's handling to your state Department of Insurance. Do not give any more recorded statements. Get copies of all medical records and lost wage documentation. With four broken ribs and a broken wrist, treat this as a legal case, not a customer service complaint.
