MISLEADING COVERAGE and MISREPRESENTATION
Disputes Unauthorized Claim Farmers Insurance / Bristol West Insurance Services
Why would I consider it good business practice to initiate a claim based on the Farmers' agent's MISLEADING COVERAGE and
MISREPRESENTATION, Jennifer (707) 731-3714, statement that "it was my call" when I had previously paid the $93 for roadside assistance and was informed that I had no coverage? In other words, Bristol West may be held legally liable for any damages (future risk rating) I suffered while relying on their initial assertion, while depending on their initial statement, which is why I demanded $93 in restitution

Three reps said no coverage and then a claim appeared that you did not authorize, so the first thing you need is the paper, not another phone call. Request your full policy declarations page and endorsements in writing, then ask for the call recordings and any claim file opened in your name, including the date, time and who opened it. That settles whether roadside was on the policy and who authorized the claim. Send a written demand for the $93 plus removal of the unauthorized claim from your history, and give them 10 days. If they stall, file with the California Department of Insurance and cite agent Jennifer by name and ID. Note your CHF and defibrillator in the complaint, it shows the urgency and their duty of care.
