Bristol West Insurance review: Very upset! Tranfer of agent on my auto policy

I have been trying to change my agent for alomost 2 months now. I have gotten so many different stories of status of this happening. Then I was told I was denied a change of Agent? I changed my Farmer's Home insurance to Donn Carlilse Agency, and insist that he be my auto rep also! He has done what we were told to do to get the change. I have contacted Bristol West by chat and phone several times as to why this has not happened. I do not want Tim MacNeill as my agent! Because of MacNeill's office, my homeowners almost got cancelled. I want this agent changed immediately! Why would I have 2 different agents? Please elevate this to whoever is importatnt enough (not me) to get the agent changed. There should be a lot of documentation of my calls, chats, and now I've emailed a complaint. If this does not happen very soon, I will cancel my upcoming renewal, and hve Donn Carlisle write me another policy. please let e know what is next - I hope this complant email gets th attention to "get her done"!
