Reservation Counter review: Reservation counter" a total scam

Originally made reservations at Howard Johnson by Wyndham Mystic. When I phoned to cancel (within the free cancelation period) I was told that my reservation was made through "Agoda." I phoned Agoda and they said my reservation was through "Webbeds." I phoned and was told my reservation was through "Reservation Counter." I asked the Webbeds agent if this would be the last of my journey and she assured me that Reservation Counter would be the last step in my journey. I phoned Reservation Counter and was offered noting but a series of commercials for various products until my line was disconnected. Total SCAM
