When I searched for a specific hotel Hilton Bayfront San Diego their webpage came up as if they were that hotel. I booked I am traveling to a funeral. The dates given to me were a day off so I tried to call and change my arrival. I called the hotel who said it was available. When I called their company they said they can't change a reservation only cancel and I would be charged for the full amount. The cancellation was literally within less than 24 hour period. HORRIBLE customer service on the call and a bait and switch company. Now I have to rebook and a unplanned travel has doubled in expense.
