I made a reservation through reservation

Com and I should have known it was something bc wh3n I first called he quot3d me something totally different from the guy I ended up booking with I specifically asked for a smoking room. I arrive at the room about 4 and as soon as I get into room I noticed sign says non smoking so I immediately called front desk he hung up twice assuming bc he was working alone saying how many hours he's worked bc the other guy blah blah so he calls the room back hostile and I'm still trying my best to be respectful he's acting as if he doesn't understand what I'm saying so I ended up sitting in my truck for hours bc I have a broken ankle and I do smoke so it made no sense to keep getting up so I just sat in truck trying to come to some resolve I called reservation. Com back and told them the issue the guy said no they will not refund so I debated on just leaving but where would I go bc I'm homeless ATM. At 3am this morning someone was banging on door I get up its some guy saying I have wrong room I'm already scared bc the door doesn't close all the way they had all kinds of activity going on. I addressed the issue of mold being in room told me they were going to change rooms it's 5pm the next day and nothing can't get a refund both the foreigner and white guy just lied to get me off phone I'm just making aware how these people get ur money and you get put in something I wouldn't put a dead animal all I can say is this is by far the worst experience I've ever had at a hot e l. Normally I deal with Marriott but times have changed and with me being homeless I thought I was saving a coin but this has cost me more than its worth! Run guys if you want honest clean atmosphere this is Not it Motel6 on 280 is🤢🤢

Claimed loss: Basically lost the 220 I got charg3d bc I didn't sleep in a place where the door is not properly shut! But since I did use a lil of the air I'd say I lost half $110

Desired outcome: Still in moldy room door won't shut properly

I'm thinking of some legal ramifications I've experienced nose bleeds from this mold. Haven't slept scared too bc of the door not shutting properly the activities that goes on at this location needs to be addressed. You have people walking around music loud prostitution all kinds of things that normal people Don't like to be around
