I ordered a replacement key for my *** Surface Pro 7 on 11/27
I ordered a replacement key for my *** Surface Pro 7 on 11/27. About a week later I got an email saying my order had shipped. I didnt think much of it until 12/14 when it hadnt arrived so I checked the tracking and it said only the shipping label had been printed, not that it had shipped so I emailed customer support to request additional information but didnt hear back. On 12/17, I reached back out via email with another request for information but again didnt hear back. On 1/8, I received a request to review my purchase; I checked the tracking again and the tracking had updated with retroactively altered original shipping/ processing dates, stating that delivery had been completed on 12/13, the day before I sent my first email. I tried calling this time but there was no answer so I left a voice message. The weird thing about the tracking notations is that it says the package was delivered to the ***, *** facility on 12/13, and subsequently delivered also on 12/13 but every other tracking Ive observed also notes delivery from *** to the post office in ***, . From *** to my door is usually an extra day because it has to filter through the very small *** post office prior to local delivery. Im unsure if that and the other discrepancies indicates that they host their own tracking updates, its just weird though. Ive tried calling and emailing a few other times but the voicemail boxes for phone numbers listed on Complaintsboard.com are all full and no one answers the number provided on their website. It wasnt a lot of money but I ordered in good faith based on the reviews they listed on their website being all four - five stars but theyve taken my money and have made no effort to provide any requested customer service or product. Lastly, in an effort to get their attention, I left 2 one star reviews but even that did not illicit a response. I dont know what else to do at this point. Respectfully,Megan
