I ordered a replacement laptop key kit on 12/13 and paid $10.78. My order number is #***. It arrived on 01/07 and was the wrong hinge clip. I reached out twice to get help with figuring out which was the correct clip so I could place a new order and they never responded to me. I tried via email, their contact us option on the website, and through their *** page. I wasn't even going to ask for a return/refund because I ordered the wrong one. But it is in perfect shape as I couldn't use it, so I would like a refund now. They have been less than helpful and I would like my money back.

I ordered a left arrow key replacement for my laptop on September 29 and December 2 and I still have not received anything. When I checked the tracking number at usps.com it shows that they have only PRINTED the shipping label on October 15! It took them more than 2 weeks to even print the label, which seems like a form of consumer fraud, waiting so long so you can't charge back the amount with your bank. This company needs to be investigated since I am not the only one complaining of similar behavior. Their *** account and email accounts are non responsive and Im at a loss at this moment. Please help me get back

I placed an order for replacement keys for keyboard. The order was confirmed 12/5. Order number ***. Amount of $15.77 including shipping for two replacements. I received notice it was shipped on 12/15. tracking number https://track.firstmile.com/detail.php?n=920019019***867879290 was provided. There has been no tracking since 12/24. I have emailed this company directly at the email provided three times and never received any response. I then sent an inquiry through the website and still no response. I would like a refund or the product resent. I have attached screen shots of the order confirmation. Shipping notice and tracking from *** that it is lost

Order#*** Ordered on Jan 4, 2021 Received on Feb 10, 2021: It took over a month to receive from *** to ***. Contacted on Feb 11, 2021: indicating that the keys we received do not fit even though all laptop details were provided. Feb 11, 2021 - Received Support who pretended to try to help and promised to send out new keys but then they stopped replying altogether. Photos were sent confirming what was wrong but we did not receive any further support or a refund. Then after scanning the internet, we found we were not the only ones who had these kinds of interactions and lack of resolution. Very unhappy with the product, their customer service and what seems like complete dishonest.Do not order from them.

I placed an order on May 17 for a total of $13.73 for replacement keys. It is July 5 as I type, and no keys. I emailed and left voice messages, and have received no response. I was given a *** tracking number in May, but upon checking the *** tracker, the products haven't left ***. I decided, regretfully, to file a complaint. Next, will be to contact my credit card company to start the the refund process, since no one from Replacement Laptop Keys is responding. It's regretful and ***. This is not how a serious business should be run, to wait until complaints and credit card companies get involved, and afterwards start the resolution process. I simple want my keys, the correct keys that will fit, or my money back.

I bought 5 keys for the *** ENVY X360 15M from this business on the 10th of February for $33.74. The keys took about three weeks to arrive, even though the site says 7 days. Upon arrival, I realized that they sent the wrong keys, as they were clearly different from the ones on the product page. I requested a replacement and a refund on their site but received no update. It has now been over a month since I requested a refund, and they have not replied to any of my emails or sent me an update. I have seen that they have written on their site that they do not accept replacements or returns due to the pandemic, but I do feel that if they send a customer a completely different product to what they ordered, a return is necessary regardless of their policy.

I ordered an Acer *** 5 Keyboard "O" Key Replacement on September 25 (Order #***), and as of November 30, have not received it. I have attempted to contact Replacement Laptop Keys on November 10 and 19 via email. On my first e-mail, I received the following automated response: "The recent California wildfire was a very close call, we were under mandatory evacuation for 5 days, but the good news is our building was untouched and we are back to operation, but because we closed for 5 days and then weekend, we are running behind, we are trying our best to catch up and we ask you for your patience and we are very sorry for any inconvenience we may have caused, thank you for your understanding!" On my second e-mail, I received no response.

Re: Order #***. I placed this order with the vendor on 1/2. I received the order on approx. 1/6 and discovered immediately that they sent me the wrong keys. My order confirmation clearly shows that I ordered backlit keys and what arrived were the non backlit type that will not fit. I have left several voicemails (no one ever answers) and sent several emails giving them an opportunity to make this right. I did get an email reply early on telling me to take some photos of my keyboard and the product that was sent and they would get back with me. I promptly complied with this and have never heard anything back. This is my 14 year old's computer for school that has been receiving lots of use lately during online learning and I would like to resolve this sooner rather than later.

On March 4th, I made an order with ReplacementLaptopKeys for a replacement O key for my Macbook Pro (order #***). I paid $16 CAD for the key. This product never arrived, nor did its status change from "shipped" when I tracked it. On April 8th, I was asked to review the product and I wrote a review reporting that the product never arrived. This review never showed up on their website. By June 7th, I emailed the company requesting a refund and was told on June 8th that the key had been shipped and they could only offer me a partial refund or to ship the product again. I responded to this email again requesting a full refund and received no reply. To this day, January 21st, 2022, this key has not arrived, nor has its shipping status changed from "shipped". Thank you for looking into this matter.

Ordered replacement of two keys from here on 3/28/2022 and paid about $19 for two keys, making a note about my make/model to be sure the correct keys were sent. When they arrived they were horrible plastic quality, and did not fit the laptop keypad at all. I messaged their customer service two times, the first time to ask about the keys I received and the second time to request a refund, after I had consulted with a local tech support company who confirmed the keys were incorrect for my make/model, which I had carefully selected from this business's website. They have a no refund/no exchange/no return policy which they are attributing to COVID, however, they have not even responded to any inquiries and have not offered any resolution. I should have looked them up before I ordered, why are they still in business?!

On 2/15 I placed an order for a replacement key for an apple ipad pro. total including shipping $9.74.Order #***. Item arrived on 3/1. The key is the wrong color and the wrong shape. It won't correctly attach to the keyboard. I used the contact email on their website to send them 2 messages. I also called several times. You can't get in touch with anyone. I tried all the different routes on their voice mail to contact a person and no luck. I left voice mail to have my call returned and nothing. I haven't recieved any acknowledgement that they recieved any of my communications. I have since acquired a replacement elsewhere. In the picture included in documentation you can see the shape compared to the one procured from another source. The one sent form replacementlaptopkeys is square compared to the rounded corners of the proper one. also color is darker.

Replacmentlaptopkeys.com accidentally put in the wrong address which is understandable, as I live in Brooklyn, *** and most of the streets here have very similar names to ones in different boroughs. I reached out to the support team with no comment.

I bought my laptop key on 11/29, order #***, total of $14.94 with laptop key and expedited shipping. I received the laptop key on 12/04 @ 18:06, and immediately tried to fit it on my laptop right away. I noticed the key wasn't the correct key right away. I tried with everything to get it to fit but to no avail. I contacted Replacement Laptop Keys on 12/04 @ 19:08 stating the key was incorrect key, hinge clip was too small, the silicone cup was cup off possibly but I didnt need the cup since the old one was still attached and I still needed a key for the laptop. I also added my order number. At 20:22 I received a email from the company saying they were sorry and that they needed photos of the laptop from various angles, without flash, model of computer (etc.) and photos of the key that I received. At 21:32 I sent EVERY photo requested. I never heard back from them after that. Since that point, I have contacted them via email (12/08 at 09:26) and called numerous times and left messages for them to call back to get a resolution for this key. I have not received any calls back and no emails.

I ordered the F9 key for my *** on November 19. On the November 20 I received notice that it had been shipped. After 20 days I still have not seen or heard about my shipment. When I emailed the company I was told there were delays because they were taking a Thanksgiving break. Then today they say there is a wildfire that is effecting there operation. I broke a key on my keyboard and requested a replacement. After checking a few different websites, Replacement Laptop Keys were the only ones to show any of the key I was looking for in stock, so I placed an order with them. I placed the order on November 13 and it is now December 18. I have received confirmation that a shipping label was created almost a month ago, but to this date there has been no status update other than the shipping label was created. I have reached out by phone multiple times to get a response from them, both by phone and by email and have received no information from them in return. I have never had to file a complaint with the Complaintsboard.com before but I have never dealt with a more dishonest company. They were quick to take my money but will not respond to any requests or advise me on the status of what was supposed to be in my hands already, especially since it was showing in stock and coming from the USA over a month ago. At this point, I am going to have to replace my entire keyboard on my laptop which will cost me much more, but at least I have confidence that I will actually receive my purchase from that seller. Attached are some supporting files, including the email chain with myself and no responses from Replacement Laptop Keys, my order confirmation, and the shipping information pulled from their shipping provider which I pulled on 12/18. Still no change in status there, absolutely pathetic business, should be shut down.

I ordered an Alienware 17 A key on 2/25/22 for $13.78 - they were prompt to process the charge. I have reached out multiple times to verify an ETA on delivery, both via their message portal and email and have not received any response after 5-business days since ordering. Reviewing their website, Replacement Laptop Keys claims: "When you order from Replacement Laptop Keys, you not only get quality and service, but fast, timely delivery of your order." *** wise, this has not been my experience at all. In regards to shipping, Replacement Laptop Keys claims: "Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within couple business days from the time of purchase, but generally orders placed before 11AM Pacific standard time we strive to ship out the same business day, priority or express shipping placed after 1pm are typically shipped the next business day, orders placed after 1pm on Friday to Sunday are shipped the following Monday and shipped within 1-2 days, as shipping services do not offer pickup on weekends." Again, it has been 5-business days without so much as a reply or update. Lastly, their About Us page provides email addresses that return an undeliverable error, apparently Vivi in sales and *** and marketing don't have valid emails on their website. Overall, after reviewing the Complaintsboard.com complaints and ratings it does feel like a scam has taken place. Their site is misleading in claiming quality, fast, and timely service. That is not what I have experienced. I would like the business to contact me with an update on delivery ETA as outlined on their website, or cancel the order and refund my entire purchase amount.

I placed an order on this website, ReplacementLaptopKeys.com, on January 20th, for my son who has 2 broken keycaps on his laptop. I created an account to do so. After ordering and checking my email, I noticed that I had received 2 emails from the company. The first acknowledged the creation of my account. The second was a receipt for my order. My credit card posted a charge of $37.77 from this website on January 21st, which correctly correlated to my order.On January 24th, I received an email stating that my order had shipped, and gave a *** tracking number within the email (#***). Several days later, I checked the tracking, and it reflected that a shipping label had been created, but no further movement had been noted. It has remained this way through today. I sent 2 follow-up emails to the company, the first on Feb 11th to their listed email of *** and a second on Feb 14th to a specific person called Yeti, at *** (I should have realized as soon as I saw the name 'Yeti' that things would end up problematic.) I received no response from either of these attempts at reaching the company. Today, I attempted to reach them by phone using the number listed on their website. This call resulted in an outgoing voicemail instructing me to leave a name and number for a return call at a later time. No human, no timeframe given. I have uploaded screenshots of emails from my laptop, including the first email I received upon creating the account. The grammatical and syntax errors in it are red flags that I missed. The other screenshots are the order confirmation, shipping/tracking info, and my follow up emails to them.I am frustrated and hope you can help.Thank you.

On January 20, 2022 I placed an order from Replacement Laptop Keys online (web address https://www.replacementlaptopkeys.com). After I placed and paid for the order I received an email confirming the order.On January 25th I received an email stating that the item had been shipped, which included a tracking number. When I looked up the tracking number it affirmed that a label had been printed but showed no signs of movement at the time.On January 30th I noted that there was no new progress on the shipping; the tracking number was still showing the label printing as the only action. Unsure if there was a problem, I emailed the company to let them know about the order and see if there was an issue. As of this filing, I still have not received a response to that email.On February 3rd, I sent them a second email detailing again the issue with the order and asked for either a refund or for the order to be sent. I have not received a response from that email as of this filing as well.Also on February 3rd, I emailed the company listed on the shipping number in case there was an issue on their end. Less than an hour later the company responded, and stated that RLPK created the label and tracking number but had not handed the order to them to ship via USPS.I was not sure if there was an option to forward the emails to your company so I took a screenshot of them to corroborate my account. If needed I would be happy to forward the actual email to you.I am not asking for anything unreasonable; as I wrote to them, I would simply like for them to provide the service for which I have already paid, or if that is not possible a refund.I do not know if this is a systemic problem with the business or unusual circumstances. Either way, the manner if which they failed to complete the order and ignored my inquiries is something consumers should worry about with this company.
