Reliance Home Comfort - Furnace ac water heater rental lien on my house.

Reliance placed a lien on my house

in the course of my rental agreement for furnace AC and water heater. I want it removed. I do not want to purchase the equipment to have it removed. I rented the equipment October 2021. I have contacted Reliance and they are telling me to remove the lien I must pay off the value of the furnace/ac and water heater. file:///var/mobile/Library/SMS/Attachments/65/05/20D6B39D-35F1-4C1B-9F93-98DED7A23538/WH%20Rental%20Agreement-Signed.pdf

Desired outcome: Remove lien without having to pay Reliance to do so. I would like to keep renting the equipment which has been installed.

Reliance Home Comfort - Installation of rinnai space heater.

Hello I recently purchased a Rinnai space heater for my basement which has not been fully completed after 1.5 months.

I was told that the installation team was going to install flashing around my exhaust pipes and also receive my google hub as part of the 24month promotion. Jessie Landry was my salesman which on two occasions he promised an install date which never came to fruition. After signing the initial papers it took approx 20 days to install the heater and another two weeks after that to install the thermostat due to "back orders". These two appointments caused me to take valuable time off work to wait for an appointment that never transpired.

This whole process has been completely unprofessional. I've make countless attempts to complete this order calling both Jessie the salesman and his sales manager without any resolution.

The completion forms which should have been signed by myself as the home owner were fraudulently signed in the signature portion for the home owner.

I would like an immediately resolution to this issue as I have been patiently waiting since the start of October to have reliable heat in my home. I hope you can understand my frustrations on this matter please contact me via. Credentials below. Thanks.
