i had got a recharge of Rs 599 on 12th july 2012 ..and as per your message the recharge was successful..since then i am not recieving any of its benefits..and my balance is being deducted @ 20 paise /min on reliance std no...i had talked to your customer care executives and had filed so many requests ..after that also no action has been taken to resolve the problem..kindly see into the matter..

      My jionee Marathon is theft and I have insurance of my Mobile from Edelweiss. In insurance Company I have given all the documents except Sim Barring Form. For SIm Barring Form I have gone Reliance Store, Priti tower, 60 feet Road, Bhayander (West) 401101 but they are telling they do not have authority to give sim barring form or stamp and signature on the paper then i call your customercare they told me to complaint you by email. So plaese give me the answer where I will get the document. Only because of paper My Claim is pending. please tell me . So Please give me Stamp and Signature on sim Barring Form.

      The wifi connection from Reliance was prescribed my me last month (June 2016). The assurance given by you esteemed company was that the connection would be functional from the present month (July 2016). For your kind information, this has not taken place. I would further like to stress on the fact that if by giving such sub-standard services, your company wishes to reach greater heights, i am extremely sorry to state that you have been under the wrong assumption. Atleast for customer satisfaction, the company MUST receive calls or revert to the emails sent by the customer. It is only with extreme loyalty and trust that one would have subscribed to your internet package. It has become a mental agony to be constantly ignored by the company. Highly unexpected behavior. Either i need to get a call back on my number ([protected]) or a revert to my email id ( [email protected] ).

      Humble request that i had recharge rs 188 on dtd 28-1-16 and my balance deduct approx. 100 without any reason again on dtd 2-2-16 rs 100 and again deduct approx. Rs 40 without any reason.. Kindly check the last statement of my mobile no .[protected].. And return the same balance in my account ..

    RelianceNot giving proper information

    I've recharged to my GSM reliance number with RC 27 which was mentioned in the tariff plan that all local R2R [protected]@10ps/min and i got the confirmation sms too that all local R2R calls be charged @10ps/min.
    But after the completion of the call, I've observed that the call has been costed 50ps/min. When i brought the complaint near to the reliance customer care they have said the first call will charged at 50ps/min and from the next call it will be charged as 20ps/min. The next day also I've faced the same problem and again when i spoke to the customer care, they simply said every day the first call be charged as 50/min and then 20ps/min.The customercare were saying that before getting any recharge we have to first call to the customer care and then have to get recharge. How far it's justice to say like tha!!! Then Y can't you give proper intimation to the customers? I want you to resolve my problem... and to be refund me the lost amount...

        My prepaid number is [protected], without my knowledge rs.50 is deducted from my account & this is happened for the third time...while calling customer care ...they informed that it is deduction for a international call (Zimbabwe)... Such thing not happened in my mobile also there is no number in my dialed list also...please escalate this issue & refund my deduction... There is no proper response from customer care...please action immediately.

      Reliance Communications Ltd.wrong internet billing

      Dear Sir,

      The above connection was taken in the name the undersigned and I was regularly paying all the bills in the past. Since the connectivity was not proper, I had requested on Company’s toll free number to close the connection immediately. In spite of that I was getting bills and paid once. But since I was not using the services, I stopped paying the bills raised by the company. Now, company’s consul has sent a notice for a demand of Rs. 1793.65 for which I am not liable to pay. Besides this, I am receiving the threats on my mobile that the police case has been registered and we have to come to Delhi for attending this with a lawyer to face all the consequences.

      First of all, I failed to understand that monthly bill can be raised for maximum amount of RS.700/- and if the payment is not made till 8th the next month, connection automatically get closed. Then why the bill amount is extended to Rs. 1793.65 though the services was not rendered during the period.

      From the above it is clearly visible that company is using gundas for the undue recovery even prior to exhausting internal avenues. It is not fair and also against natural justice which should be stopped immediately.

      Under the circumstances I request you to extend your valuable guidance to deal with such chitting by the company.

          Despite of this, to day again, I received a call so called from Delhi Court from mobile no [protected] threatening and abusing in same language as earlier and compelling me to pay the amount immediately otherwise, mishapping with me will be done. Kindly make suitable arrangements or advise me to secure my self.

        one executive came to our office from mahadevi enterprises (authorized channel partner of reliance group through APCCO Group) for selling reliance net connect dongle, , , i have made a payment of rs.1299/- through check, , , as of the day he told that within 7 days i will get my device, , but its more than 20 days i didn't get any device and more over there is no website or any official address of Mahadevi Enterprises on the web...

        My question is that after getting so many complain (in the web)on the same authorized dealer why the reliance people are silent, , , is that the reliance people are being taking money or being bribed...

          My mothers reliance prepaid cdma connenction got changed to post paid in reliance gsm smart... , ten days has passed number not yet activated though the rs 99 / - monthly plan is being activated... , no out going facility... , having signal problem also, number always shows out of coverage... (Previously cdma prepaid was nicely performing)
          My mother is aged lady & needs mobile as an urgent need...             My reliance cdma mobile no. is [protected]. this is cdma mobile.

            My previous balance is rs. 31 / - in my mobile on 02-03-2012

            Today 03.03.2012 recharged rs. 50 / - after deducting some charges it comes to rs. 40/-

            Total balance supposed to come rs. 71 / - (i. e rs.31 / - + rs.40/-)

            I asked customer care, they sent message regarding balance, it is showing rs. 46 / - only.

            I asked customer care, they told me that I called international call no is [protected] on 02.03.2012 at 11.30 p. m night.

            I am not called any international call the said time. this number is not in my mobile dialled menu.

            They wrongly deducted rs. 25 / - in my balance. they refused to reverse and get back the amount to me.

            Please look into the matter and get back the amount to me.

            Sir,

            Reliance customer care called me from [protected] at 4.52 pm on 13.03.2012. now they told "you have made several outgoing calls to others. because only may be deducted rs. 25/-. we are ready to give outgoing calls list"

            I can't accept their reply sir. before customer care told me that you have made international call, because only we have deducted rs. 25/-.

            You see sir. one shot they deducted rs. 25 / - from my prepaid amount rs. 71/-. now they are telling you have made several outgoing calls. they are giving now complete reverse statement for to escape from their mistake.

            Please take action against him and credit the amount rs. 25 / - to my mobile.

              Reliance Communication - Gsm Servicesunauthorised charging in mobile connection

              I am a user of reliance mobile SIM for the last 6 years and face not serious problems like this one. Nowadays they are deducting from my account without informing me like you are subscribed to this services, Cricket alerts, Astrology, Caller Tunes, news ..and what not.. but surprise is that i have not said them to do so. And one more thing one day my mobile is automatically started the Internet connection and as you know for this also they charge.

              I am not feeling happy with their this kind of business, each time when they deduct Rs.30 for ring-tones i have to call to customer care that why they charged me for this as i have not subscribed and then they return my money. This is not a satisfactory business . Till now i have lost so much money which may be about more than Rs.500.

              Hope to see a better and serious service from them. Don't charge unnecessary to your customer to earn money.

                This is to apprise you of the fact that no satisfactory response/reply in written has been provided to me till for my complaint (copy attached as ms word document) date except from ambiguous reply from some officials from chairmans office number [protected] mumbai headqrs/chairmans office by many as mr. Pawan bhatt, ms neelam, mr. Ajit and every time new person calls and ask the issue which is not fair as I have to explain each and every thing from beginning wasting theirs and mine time and telecconversation bill. Rather they sent me bill for the same. This explains the height of callousness, unprofessional, derogatory reponsibility on part of officialss / senior officilas of reliance communication. Even if consumer forums will not help general public what to do. The officials may be asked about the lapse in responding, miscinduct of sending bill till complaint is rectified and return my money of 3g data card device along with waiving off bills and cost of my teleconversation to customercare team. The code of conduct is selfexplanatory as & ldquo;res ipsa liquator” and needs rigid action against the erring officials and the same may be communivated to anil ambani for being responsible as captain of ship that is & ldquo;vicariouss laibility” hoping for positive response.

Manish mobile number [protected] of matrix technologies under caption of relaincewebworld express g-4 rg complex sector-5 mlu dwarka-75.. I want to bring to the kind notice of yours that your so called esteemed company is putting wrong claims by reliance communications to the general public of republic of india by false commitments and promised through false media print or audia or visual by jugulary of the words. As providing of the broadband speed upto say21mbps which then includes 0 to 21 and they succeed that if they are able to provide any such speed from zero upto 21mbps they feel they are safe and also in court of law or appellate authority they are safe. Iwant to emphasis on the fact that since I purchased the said device I have not got speed on an average more then1-2 mbps
                With contents attached with this mail. Further to say that I did try to bring the matter to all concernedd and atlast I had to bring this matter to the ministry of information & broadcating / telecom. Itried to approach you on nomber 022-[protected] on 09 feb 2012 at 11:55am but, as no body is telling their name (may be afraid of you) but I presume might be your seceratary who also did not help me just asked the concern, noted my mobile and rudely put down the receiver. It is what that is welcome to your customer who made you achieve the status you got today by blessings of the everlasting and god of words lord jesus, then I am sorry you are as matrialistic then any other human being. You are not anil ambani who should be different and thankful to lord jesus for the gains he has given you with his authority of giving and taking. Details you can have from attachment. I hope you will do justice in his name. Prior to that I did try to talk to the nodal officer new delhi mr. Anuj bahuguna at 11:30am and some executive / his ps mr.                         On 27 Oct 2012 a reliance sales representative Mr. Mayank came into my office promoting their 3G Data card.
                        He commit-ed that the dongle would be Wi-fi supported with HUB.
                        But after almost a week I received the dongle it was simple 3G dongle MF190.
                        When I tried to contact him his number is continuously going switched off.
                        I contacted Reliance Customer Care they told me they do not have any complaint regarding service against their representative.
                        Now What Should I do?

                      Dear sirs,
                      I have been using reliance prepaid since 2006 but my old sim has been deactivated due to non-submission at the time of reverification. Therefore sirs, I applied for new connection again recently. I was quite content with the services and other value added services but now-a-days services have been ruined and creating us (Prepaid users) lots of difficulties and when we try to shoot troubles through custommer care services they give us absurd reply and sometimes ignore our problems. Moreover, time and again our account balance is being cut off without any informations. Value added services are being activated to my number automatically due to which I have to suffer a lot of my money. But sometimes I get back my money but this is annoying. I'm on behalf of my friends those reliance prepaid subscribers requesting you sirs please kindly check those carelessnesses and provide us with reliance reliable services without hampering customers' patience.

                        Reliance phone calling cards is a total sham. Calls do not go through at all. I have 71 dollars worth of money left with this company. DO NOT ever buy any product of Reliance. They are fraudulent and corrupt. I was told that they need to investigate why my calls are dropping . The persons I call in India must be hanging up on me!. My 84 year old mother waits for my calls. That is the only person I call to and they are telling me that she hangs up on me! On this alone, I want to file a law suit against them for international fraudulent bussiness services and scam. Is there anyone reading this want to join me ? The owner of Reliance lives in a castle built with fraudulent money generated by theft from hard working peoplelike us.

                            Fake calls are charged and no satisfactory answer from customer care. Same day at an interval of 10 min. 3 calls are charged to india while i did not make those.

                            Cannot recharge my account because their website is down. Their customer service phone number disconnects if it wrongly doesn't recognize the phone and pin. These Indian companies need to get their act together before they do business in the USA.

                          I was using a reliance data card in may 2011, due to the very bad service & slow internet connection of reliance modem, i launch a complain and with complete detail i stop the number on 15th or 16th june 2011 and received no bill thereafter.
                          Yesterday i received a call from tis hazari that reliance has filed for not payment of bill.

                          This activity of reliance was very abstruse. So i informed TRAI about reliance behavior after the customer blocked the number yet they generate bill and at the end claim for bill payment, this how they are generating revenue.

                          Reliance should be asked for this ail.

                            Reliance CDMA Servicemobile number portability - request denial

                            am reliance CDMA Postpaid customer since 2005, have requested relaince for Number portability to Airtel. My request was denied mention the reason as contractual obligations, Have called up many time to customer care just to understand what is this contractual obligations, The customer care has asked me to visit the nearest reliance web world, I have visited Reliance web world but even they don't have any information what is this contractual obligations.

                            Would request you to kindly let me know what is this contractual obligations and process my request for Portability, with this kind of harassment making me run from Customer care to web-world having called so many time to customer care office, just want to move out of reliance at the earliest.

                              Reliance Air Duct & Carpet Carethis company is a scam

                              Do not believe their technicians are expert. I checked with the National Air Duct association and they are not even a member or certified.
                              I have my air duct cleaned a week ago and now I smelled pungent odor from the air duct only to find out it was not cleaned properly and they inserted a foam in it. Worst, they offered a lot of add ons and must steps to improve my air duct. I end up paying more than $129.99! This is definitely a rip off!!
                              Beware also of their abrasive telemarketers!

                                I m mohammad ahmad vill&post rasauli distt barabanki u. p. india. i m very much upset last 15days with the reliance communication. my mobile no is [protected] gsm. last 15days when electriccity gone ur tower is off and network goal when electriccity comes tower started. in this tower having a large generator but ur appointed worker did not his work properly. worker saving diesel and sell diesel cheap rate in other person. in those reason people becomes having networking problems in this area. they did not talk to each other.
                                My kind request to you please solve my problem. these things mentally harassed me and others.

                                    I had recharge my no.[protected] with Rs125 on 10th Oct after getting a offer message that 'recharge with Rs125 and get Rs 140 talk time, offer id <43>OFU, But still the remaining amount of Rs 125 had been not credited in my account.Regarding this i talked to customer care supervisor many time i had got only trans id- [protected](10/10/2011), [protected](14/11/2011), [protected](17/10/2011) and after 15 days of all complain my problem has still as present. Reliance communication always try to make fool their customer by any means. Can anybody solve this?

                                      I have a Reliance GSM Prepaid account. It has not even been 3 months after buying it, the R.COM. have started showing their status. These cruel idiots have nothing to do with the customers. All they want is only THE MONEY.
                                      1 week before they deducted my 94rs for no cause, without any confirmation.
                                      And now, for the last two days they are continously deducting 20 rs from my account. This is ridiculous. Moreover, the customer care also dont even bother to understand the situation. First, the customer care call doesnt go even after trying hundreds of time. And even if it goes, the rascals dont help a bit.
                                      I am tired of all this.
                                      Its my last warning to R.COM. If this time they dont refund my money back, i will sure file a case against them in consumer court.
