Server's was pretty good, but if you use dem for gaming, don't even bother. If yous be a server owner like me, you know that servers get hit wit a ddos all the time. My server got hit two times already, and dem ain't even dat impressive attacks. But da hosting company, dey jus null route us twice and cancel us right away. And I was payin' $100 a month for dis dedicated server yo! If you be gammin', use ovh or sometin' da gangsta, no need to waste ya loot on dis. Da only reason I went wit dis hosting company was cuz dey had some tight locations doe.

So, I decided to give Reliablesite a shot and bought a dedicated server from them today. All went smoothly as I paid the invoice generated in my account. However, things took a turn when I received an email from them informing me that my order had been suspended until I sent them a copy of my credit card, along with all the details.

Now, I understand the importance of keeping my credit card details private and secure, especially with all the cyber threats these days. As per instructions by the central bank, we are not supposed to share such details with anyone.

When I tried to contact them, they replied saying that I have to send my credit card details. But wait, don't they already have these details saved in my account under hidden and secure payment connections? So, I can't help but wonder why they would ask for a copy of my credit card.

I'm not too comfortable with this request, and it's not something I've experienced with other companies I've dealt with. It's kind of a red flag to me, and I'm worried about the security of my personal details.

So like, ReliableSite is pretty good overall. One of the dedicated servers we got was havin' some problems, ya know? It needed to be rebooted a few times, so we had to hit up customer support. But dang, they were so dope! They responded to us super quick and got us a solution that actually worked. We also like how we can use the SuperMicro IPMI viewer to fix our own issues and reinstall the OS when we need to.

Then, weeks later, I get an email asking about a completely different DMCA notice that never even showed up on my dashboard.

To get around this, I've had to resort to having the ticket system email me a list of all my tickets so I can manually sift through them to find what I'm looking for. It's kinda time-consuming and annoying, but it's the only way I've found to make sure I'm not missing anything important.

One other thing that might be an issue for some people is that the Miami IPs geolocate to NJ. It's not a big deal for me personally, but I could see how it might be a problem for someone who's really particular about that sort of thing.

Overall, though, I would still recommend Reliablesite. Despite the issues with the customer support portal, the hosting has been solid, and the prices are reasonable. And hey, nobody's perfect, right?
