However, I didn't receive my order until 10/01/2023 and to my surprise, the RAM that I had ordered was missing. I tried to contact them to report the issue, but had some trouble with international calls. Finally, on 14/01/2023, I was able to report the missing RAM to them.

They told me that they needed to investigate what happened to the RAM and I informed them that I no longer needed it and wanted my money back. I called them again on 3/02/2023 to check on the status of my refund. They told me that they needed more time and that they would send me a report by email.
