NeoSmart

I got NeoSmart recently but I can't say that it worked for me. Maybe it was my fault for not using it right or maybe it was just a lemon. I tried contacting them when I ran into some issues, and they did get back to me once. They offered a suggestion to fix it but unfortunately, it didn't work. I was left on my own after that and feeling a bit abandoned.

I think that if you're thinking of getting NeoSmart you should be careful with your expectations. It's not going to be the end-all solution to your problems. I don't think it's worth the money if it's not going to perform as advertised.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend it based on my experience. It was a waste of money and time. Maybe it's worked for other people and that's great, but for me, it just didn't measure up. I wish I could have gotten a bit more support or assistance when I was struggling with it. Instead, I was left in the dark and feeling like I had wasted my hard earned cash.

I am so confused why this company still sellin' software. I brought Easyre for win7 from 'em but it ain't never work, and there been no response when I asked fer support. Even when I asked fer a refund, there been crickets - absolutely no response at all. It's frustrating as all get out. I done give up on 'em, and I sure hope they ain't gon' be sellin' no mo' software to other folks because they ain't worth it.

So I decided to check out Neosmart and their Windows 7 Recovery Disc seemed like the perfect solution for me. I bought it and had high hopes, but boy was I disappointed. I followed all the instructions for making a bootable USB and yet, it just wouldn't work. I tried and tried, but nothing. It was a complete waste of my money. Eventually, I had to bite the bullet and get an original Windows 7 recovery ISO.

I had a problem with my Sony Vaios laptop so I decided to try out NeoSmart's "WINDOWS 7 RECOVERY DISC" which costs $19.75. Unfortunately, when I tried to download it, the link didn't work. I tried calling their phone number twice, but it was always busy, leading me to think that they might be a scam. The other number they provided is just a pre-recorded message that tells you to email them your personal information. So, I sent them an email with my personal information, but never received a response. It's been a while and I still haven't heard back from them. I ended up asking for a refund because I was so frustrated. Overall, my experience with NeoSmart was disappointing.

I would strongly advise against purchasing anything from the Neosmart website, the experience I had was nothing short of a nightmare. The company is a complete sham and will not even honor their own refund policy. What they offer, is supposed to be a way to restore your operating system, but getting it to work is like trying to solve a 1000-piece jigsaw puzzle.

I found myself struggle for hours with the product, as there are damn near 20 steps you have to follow before it even begins to work. To make things worse, the customer service was appalling. When I finally managed to get through to them, they were no help whatsoever, and completely uninterested in assisting me with my issue. All they did was point me to their website where I had already spent hours trying to make the product work.

In conclusion, I would advise anyone on the fence about purchasing Neosmart products, to steer well clear. The company is a joke, and their products are not only complicated and difficult to use, but their customer service is downright awful. Save yourself the hassle and stay far away from Neosmart and their Easy Recovery product - it's not worth it and you'll just end up feeling frustrated and ripped off.
